I was a guest at the event, we rented a VIP room. In general, the establishment is new, the waiters are pleasant, empathetic, rested well) The dishes are solid 4 (I tried only what was on the table, I did not order it myself). Karaoke is great with a large selection of songs. The hall seemed a little empty, but I really liked the design of the walls in the form of luminous disks. The DJ is good, sometimes there were songs that didn't light up at all:(
The place in pursuit is good, but I took off the stars for the terrible music. They keep repeating the same songs like an old record. The repertoire is very poor. Live music leaves much to be desired. The guys are great, of course, they sing, they try, but the microphones are just terrible. It sounds like a toilet bowl. The food is delicious, but it takes a very long time to cook. Prices are completely normal, but the cost of regular water is simply space, considering that they buy the most expensive, and Pepsi or Cola runs out so quickly that the question arises, why don't they monitor the purchase? Or maybe the waiters just say that the liter of water is no longer available and evaporate 0.25 liters in glass for the price of a liter pepsi? We were there at a corporate party. Not a bad club. There is a disadvantage to this check-in, the driver was driving there for a long time looking for how to get there, when the driver was leaving, he also could not find the point and how best to park. I liked that it was warm, the toilets were clean, the waiters were patient, the bar, the music, and the photo zone was decorated for the new year. I was glad that there are stations there and you can take a bank to recharge your phone and then return it to any other station, a great idea for the club. There is a stage, you can hold some events there. In general, it's not a bad place.

We were in Gramophone for the first time, on March 8. I liked the interior. The service is weak. Some kind of halam-balam. I think there will be improvements over time.

It gave the impression of a passing courtyard. In general, the discipline of the staff is weak. The music didn't impress either. Maybe we were unlucky that night with the performers. It seems like live music, but not at all incendiary, or we just drank a little))). Later they were replaced by a DJ, thanks to him, we moved our body a little)). I wish Gramophone success, prosperity and progress!

We sang, danced, and got a charge of great mood! A great mental institution. There is a sense of creativity in everything. The organizers of the corporate party without "collective farm contests" and with a great sense of humor. It feels like they've come to the point with a soul. Most importantly, they do not infringe on the feelings of smokers, as in many establishments.
The sound and lighting equipment is of very decent quality. Perhaps the best in Karaganda.The kitchen is not bad. But the waiters lack experience. The Renaissance band and DJ Pyshka are very cool. Definitely worth honoring
