LLC "GRAD Construction Company" review
In no case do not get a job in Poland on a shift basis! Especially through the Belarusian construction company Grad. This company offers very attractive conditions: a convenient stable schedule, high wages, comfortable living conditions, official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus. But that's not how it turns out. I think if they were telling the truth, it is unlikely that anyone would contact them, so they lie in order to steal their employees' money in the future.
I applied to this company back in March 2022, but I was able to leave only at the end of August, for about 5 months the company could not issue exit documents. Also on the day of departure, it turned out that this company "Grad" does not send directly to the facility, but transfers its employees to the usual Polish employment agency "Kandydat" ( https://kandydat.net ), which in turn arranges workers for the facility. When problems arise, "Grad" refers to "Kandydat", and "Kandydat", in turn, refers to "Grad". It is impossible to achieve something. Interestingly, the employee does not sign anything with the Polish company "Kandydat", but they have it listed.
It is also interesting that I had documents for the Gabi furniture factory, although I was going to the Hebe cosmetics warehouse. Roman Vyacheslavovich Golomako, the former director of this Grad company, said that the necessary documents would be given to me later, but even after a few months they were not given to me. When I arrived in Poland, I was horrified by the conditions in which I was placed. They promised rooms with 2-4 people. As a result, women and men were accommodated in the same six-bed room. And maggots lived on the ceiling in the kitchen. The uniform was given out, as promised, but the overalls were taken out of the trash can, into which Polish workers throw their old things. The work schedule according to which I will work at the Hebe warehouse was prescribed in the direction of the shift (Mon-Fri from 6.00 to 16.00; Sat from 6.00 to 12.00). This is about 220 working hours per month, for which I was promised to pay 2500-3500. Here I worked night and day shifts, almost seven days a week (about three days off a month) at 11.30 am, I asked several times about the availability of night shifts, they assured me that they would not be. There was no schedule, they could wake you up in the middle of the night and tell you what time to go to work in the morning. Or give them a day off, and tell them three hours in advance that they need to go to work. So I got about 240 hours in September, for which I was paid 1600, and for September I received a full payment only on November 9. In October, I worked about 300 hours and they paid only 440 (salary) rubles. I was not paid anything at all for November. This company takes advantage of the fact that it does not have a license to employ people abroad, but they have the right to send people on duty. In fact, they can only pay a salary and it doesn't matter how many hours were worked. Yes, they found a loophole in the law and steal other people's money in this way. I would also like to note that they never fully charge wages on time, it is not known where this money rotates and for what purposes it is used. They also don't want to give a paycheck, so it's not clear how they charge wages at all.
They also said that employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus is subordinated to Belarusian legislation and if any questions arise, contact them immediately. But in fact, it turned out that they were not going to solve any issues, they begin to be rude or simply ignore. R. V. Golomako also tried to threaten me if I tried to go somewhere, writing that it would create problems for me. Threatening a girl is low. In another review, Roman Vyacheslavovich Golomako, you already wished that the money stolen from your employees would go to buy conscience and masculine qualities. Indeed, you miss them.
When I tried to find out from the manager Sandros Stanislava why I was paid only 440 rubles for 300 hours, she said that I was not their employee and would not answer such questions, although at the moment I am on vacation at my own expense and continue to be their employee, because they agreed to give the workbook only at the end of December. I asked to give me the accountant's contact, to which I received the answer that the accountant does not have a phone number. I would like to note the unprofessionalism, boorish attitude and simply absurd answers of this manager Stanislava.
The Grad construction company did not pay me about 2,700 bel. rubles. If you are ready to "give" such amounts to this company, then feel free to contact these scammers:
