Terrible queues to get a ticket for a DNR passport! People have been queuing since 4 a.m. and have not been able to get a ticket for three days, because the post office issues them on average 1 hour a day. During this time, only 10-15 people manage to pass, although by 8 a.m. there are already 50 people in the queue. It is not clear why they organized this so-called electronic queue, if the mechanism is ill-conceived! As a result, all people swear, and social tension grows!
