I sent a parcel from OPS Starobeshevo 2 to Novosibirsk on 07/31.24 and it is still not known where it is, they write on the official website of the Russian post that the parcel is not registered, I cannot get through to the post office

The parcel from Krasnodar Territory was delivered to Starobeshevo on 05/25/22.27 05.22 received at the post office in Novoazovsk. Today, at 15-00, the parcel has not been received on 06/03-22. It is impossible to get through to the Novoazovsk railway station.There is no other connection.Such work disgraces the young Donbass Post Office.
