I ordered a warm jasmine oolong milk tea with crystal boba and it was so HOT the boba melted! It’s weird that the baristas do not know which temperature is appropriate for this drink.. Ruined my mood a bit. Today we went to a different branch and the tea was the perfect temperature.

They are not experts in coffee and coffee drinks . They work on the stream. We took flat White with foam for a third of a glass and a raf made from unknown raw materials and proportions. There is a clear lack of proper management and internal quality control. Apparently, the subjects who should be doing this are a close friend of someone there) A good location, a suitable design and layout of the institution - perhaps this is enough for work. Personally, I value quality and service first of all.. And, of course, ooverprice. For this price, we could have followed the recipe and cooking technology. But, unfortunately, often in such establishments, they think that guests don't know much about what they take, and it's enough to stir something up and give it away. He'll drink anyway, and maybe he'll like it , since there are no initial expectations and understanding of what they order. Disappointed, in short.

The staff is just wonderful, I love these guys, they are the best!🥹 The atmosphere in the coffee shop is as good as these guys. They're creating it! The waiting time is very fast, both for delivery and for takeaway. I've only tried tapioca coffee with them. It is gorgeous💕 10000/100 to the staff, the establishment and the drinks

It's not the first time I've gone to Gotcha (to this point and others), and so far everything has been fine, but today I was very disappointed Instead of a delicious warm coffee drink with tightly whipped milk and syrup, they gave me something incomprehensible - the syrup was forgotten, but in consistency, taste and temperature it was rather thin 3-in-1 coffee diluted in boiling water. The most unpleasant thing is that the temperature and consistency did not bother the person who made the drink at all. And the guy behind the cash register sincerely did not understand what the problem was, even taking a cup in his hand. Instead of a new normally made coffee, they just threw a couple of ice cubes into my glass Perhaps someone will say that this is a whim, but I do not understand why I should play the lottery "will they pour me tasteless boiling water for 2000-3000 AMD today". A wish to managers - please train *all* your employees, this is some kind of shame
