I am very pleased with the cooperation! Nice guys and professionally provide the stated services. A special and huge thank you to the head, Yaroslav, who met me with burning eyes, I have never met such love for my work. I applied for a Japanese-style suit (kimono), we decided to make it to order (the studio has such a service, as a rule, for the first rental), to say that I was delighted means to say nothing. IT WAS JUST A BOMB. I am very glad that I turned to the studio "Goth Art". The choice of costumes is simply huge, for every color and taste. The costumes themselves are good and original.
The holiday was a success for many thanks to you.

I've been thinking for a long time whether to write a review or not, but I'll speak out anyway. I was very disappointed to visit this rental studio. The fact is that on Instagram, many days before the fitting, I specified which suits I wanted and informed the shoe size. As a result, the fitting suits were not ready for my arrival, I had to wait for Veronica's dresser to find them, since they were somewhere in the warehouse, and then again to specify the shoe size 🤣
I can't help but notice Veronica's tactlessness towards her clients.
Asking the question "Have you lost weight?" to a stranger out of the blue is extremely unprofessional.
By the way, I wanted to take costumes in order to have a photo shoot in the photo studio owned by the owner of this rental studio. But it was only during the fitting process that I found out that the photo studio was closing (!!) and I was not informed about this in advance during correspondence on Instagram, although I contacted the administrator and said that I wanted to rent costumes and take a picture.
If they had said this at least a day in advance, I would not have come to the fitting from the other side of the city and would not have agreed with the photographer.
I only rate costumes and props.
