It's not a place where you get excited about the prospect of going, but the experience of visiting turned out to be positive. The essence of the question: upon de-registration, the traffic police requested an examination of the VIN. The main incident happened in the recording, I had to wait 2 weeks for the queue. I will immediately make a reservation that the employee who received the call (he is also, looking ahead, an expert) was friendly and tactful, which is unusual for related structures. On the first day, the examination took place faster than the contract was done there, but the latter did not seem to be a problem. Further, according to the standard, a month is spent on issuing a conclusion, they themselves type about readiness. The employee who worked was still calm, even friendly, joking in a very correct way. There were no significant questions, which is why, I believe, I received the necessary papers very quickly. To the lieutenant colonel, who was directly involved in the process, my sincere admiration for the professionalism and human attitude!
