Where to start.... In the e-mailing list, instead of the deceased's data, there was some kind of "leftist" person. In the cafe (memorial lunch), a record was made on the name taken from the ceiling. The time is also completely out of sync, although I showed the distances and time to the cemetery (I went in advance and measured it). The workers (grave diggers) are dressed in some rags and more for certain persons without a place of residence. The contract spelled out services that were not performed at all. But as a result, they began to demand money in excess of the contract, for some unaccounted-for moments, i.e. miscalculations of their staff. Burial also: at the time of the lawsuit. During the excavation, two neighboring graves were trampled, the burial was carried out in violation of the norm of burial depth (at least 1.5 m), in fact it turned out to be at the bottom of the pit from a force of 1.2 m. Well, such trifles as "poking" and behavior, as if I were their errand boy, are lost in the total mass of claims.
My father-in-law was buried a year ago. The ladies at the reception constantly hurried, saying, let's sign the contract faster. Carefully read the list of services you order!!! My husband's name was entered in the burial document, and after the announced claims, they said that we were to blame. They don't care that people are stressed.
You can apply only in case of a funeral.
They ordered a monument from this company, they did it at random.
An irresponsible approach, they promised to take the monument away for engraving for several days, only I arrived at the appointed time. When they finally took it away, they had to wait 3 weeks (drawing 8 digits)...
Disgusting. They're rude. they are constantly dissatisfied with something. They're in a hurry. 2 minutes after they put the coffin at the grave, they already brought the lid and held it over the coffin, saying let's hurry up. They scattered sand around the grave as soon as they made it.everything is crooked and askew. They don't let cigarettes out of their mouths.the appearance of these specialists is generally something. The pants are torn. In addition to the belt, they are also held by a rope. Dirty and drunk. I don't recommend it at all.
If a person comes to grief, they impose additional services and wreaths and accessories at an inflated price. After 200 m. it is much cheaper on the market.Young women at the reception are generally divorced. The quality of services is normal, the delivery and removal to the cemetery, the movers are fine, there are no comments here.
Be vigilant. The staff arrives, brings the body of the deceased and demands in plain text to "remember" him in the form of money. At times when people are in grief, in addition to the already expensive services, they also rip off money. I do not recommend it. The price does not match the quality.
