It was the first time.
The location is generally convenient, on the outskirts of Polotsk, you can get there by minibuses 5tk, the fare at the time of writing the review is 2 b.r.
Rooms and food:everything is very clean, warm and cozy. There is air conditioning, fan, underfloor heating.
Breakfast of your choice:pancakes with chicken and cheesecakes with sour cream, they are very tasty. Yes, it is worth noting that breakfast will be delivered to the room at the time you specify, you need to specify immediately upon check-in. There is also a great and beautiful backyard with a photo zone and a restaurant with a summer veranda.
The staff is nice, helpful and friendly.
There is also a delicious tea and strudel in the restaurant (open from 11 to 23).
This is a great hotel, I highly recommend you to visit, you will like it.)
Nice room, comfortable bed, nice linens, kettle and refrigerator. Parking is possible in a closed area. There is a small garden with a small pond in the courtyard. In May, the yard had a slightly abandoned look, I think it should be beautiful there in summer.
There is never anyone at the reception, if there is any question, then get ready to make an effort in finding an administrator.
The location, of course, is disgusting. It's just a village in the suburbs of Polotsk. You can only get to the city by car, it will be a long way on foot.
Towels are thin terry cloths with threads hanging around the edges, this is the first time I've seen such a thing (for this, a minus star).
The restaurant at the hotel is unreasonably expensive, as it seemed to us. The food is normal. We bought breakfast, it is brought to the room at the chosen time.
Everything is fine, but next time I would look for a more convenient location for an overnight stay.
Nice inexpensive hotel on the outskirts of Polotsk. Nice rooms. It was spring, it was snowing outside, and it was cold. The room was very warm. The price is not bad, I paid 3,850 Russian rubles for the room in April 2025. What I didn't like: Breakfast is included in the price but extremely meager, the restaurant is open from 11 a.m., breakfast was brought to the room - 4 purchased pancakes with meat. They weren't even fried in a frying pan, they were stupidly heated in the microwave. There was no tea or coffee, and there was an electric kettle in the room. I had a torn sheet. Well, as if the laundry is a little washed. On the day of arrival, we had dinner at a restaurant. The portions are large, the cuisine is good. But the prices for the dishes are the same as in Minsk, but the food is delicious - there is nothing to say. In general, a good inexpensive hotel, I recommend it to those who are not particularly prim.
