This is the best place with Belarusian cuisine! I really miss you guys in Minsk! Move in))
Kitchen: top! Everything is cooked quickly, very tasty (although it's hard to surprise me).
Ordered:
1) snails are delicious, served correctly. The cost is about 25 rubles per serving. They have chabata and lemon, and the garlic sauce is delicious from the snails.
2) stewed veal cheeks with dried tomatoes are a masterpiece! Soft insanely, it was possible not to chew) serving with boiled vegetables. What you need)
3) pork brains in breadcrumbs. Delicious, satisfying - with beer )
And I think the main dish is the FLASKS. We need to go to this place for them! In a creamy sauce, a peeled stomach with onions. Delicious. A dish of Polish and Belarusian cuisine)) You definitely need to try it at least once.
The service is 10/10. There was no one else in the restaurant except us 2, but the girl told us everything perfectly, about the dishes, about cooking time and how to eat snails)
The prices are above average, but normal as for Minsk. But .. what did you want - delicious food is always worth it!
And yes, there are clean toilets, with pleasant aromas and good toilet paper, which is rare in travel cafes.

Great restaurant! The service is top-notch, the cuisine is excellent, I liked everything. We were pleasantly surprised by this level of roadside service. The prices are not the lowest. The surrounding area is landscaped, there is a large playground. Maybe someday we'll start a hotel, because the place is very convenient.

The food was delicious on the way. The draniki are good, the snails are delicious, Caesar is also normal, the child was happy. My husband liked the soup from the flasks. The prices, of course, are almost the same as in Minsk. The interior is very cozy. I think there are a few more hotel rooms.

It's a great place. I would say a sample of roadside service. I wish everyone was like that. Super breakfasts. 1.5-2 $ and lunches up to 5$. But the print surrounds you with the atmosphere of Provence. Yes, there is a fine dining restaurant. But everything is hearty and satisfying and tasty and stylish. As a human being, I recommend a hearty breakfast or lunch at different prices in a wonderful place. Everything is done with a Soul. Respect to the Grodno meat processing plant.

We were traveling from Grodno to Minsk. We read rave reviews. Let's go. We do a lot of business trips around the world. Honestly and objectively - the most bland and tasteless food. We are very disappointed. Dumplings with broth are completely tasteless. It's like just tap water. The dumplings themselves are tasteless. The most budget Dumplings from the store are really tastier. Beetroot has been added to the sour cream, as I understand it. I didn't understand why. Salad with shrimps and vegetables : 2 dry shrimps and a terribly sour yellow sauce, I did not understand what it was made of. It's a good thing they didn't steam up and didn't even mix the salad. I chose Feta cheese and cucumbers around the edge. Solyanka: my husband ate. Well, just water. Seriously. The "legendary" sausages from the Grodno meat processing plant are more or less edible. They just cut the sausage, fried it in oil, and threw the gherkins. All. And we waited for cooked Dumplings and ready-fried sausage for 40 minutes.
I have a question: WHO are YOU, the people who write laudatory odes to this institution?
Most likely, this is an excellent job of the marketers of this place or meat processing plant.
If you came to Belarus for the first time and visited this fantastic Cafe, you would be disappointed in the Belarusian cuisine. It's good that we have repeatedly been to different establishments and eaten really delicious dishes.
Oh, I forgot. The interior is really very decent. A complete mismatch with the kitchen.
