Overall, it's not bad. Parking spaces were strained in places if there were a lot of guests, but it was solvable. The kitchen is there, the rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh. The hostess is a little drunk, but tolerable, spoils the mood.

Starting from the threshold, we were greeted with a smile for check-in. Clean is the first impression...Cozy, everything is new and working properly..everything for a picnic (barbecue, charcoal, grills) is available. There are beautiful manicured flower beds and green plantings on the territory.. There are several excellent shops very close by..

Very clean, well-maintained rooms. Even those options that belong to economy class are not inferior in appearance and condition to good-quality hotel rooms. And the toilets and showers for these rooms, although they are common areas, are kept in such perfect cleanliness that one can only wonder. The same applies to the kitchen. Nice interior, perfect cleanliness, two refrigerators, a lot of good dishes. And, of course, very nice people are in charge of all this household. The price is above average, but below the rent of an apartment for a day. In the rented room, there was once a mouse!, unsuccessfully trying to jump from the floor onto the bedside table. Clean, neat. There is a kitchen where you can cook. But if you have been provided with a detached house (we really liked it, there is a private bathroom), then you need to walk to the kitchen across the entire courtyard. There is no lighting in the yard. The child fell and injured his leg because of this.
And so they have separate rooms-small ones with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

It was urgently needed with a family of 2 children and 2 adults to spend the night in Minsk for 1 night. Prices in our capital are high....but after finding a Living room house in Balavlany, even just by looking at the photo in the ad, we decided to go there, and the price was adequate. We were greeted by an excellent, polite and well-mannered host.the room is great for us, the beds are soft, everything is clean. Our room had a TV, two beds, a folding chair, a table, a small locker. Two toilets with a shower cabin. The kitchen is shared, but everything is very beautiful, there is everything and a refrigerator and a stove and a microwave and a kettle and a TV set, in general even dishes.I know for sure that this is the place where we will stay in such cases.and I recommend it to everyone.And it's also very beautiful in the yard, everything is well-groomed and trimmed.the photo is from the video, so the quality is not very good.

When I come to Belarus, I always stay here. I'm renting a premium room. You will have a separate house in the garden, very comfortable inside. A large bed, a great bathroom and a view of a green well-kept plot. Plus there is a veranda with a barbecue where you can have a good time. There is a Sosody store within a two-minute walk, and a Euroopt store in five minutes, these are two large good shopping centers where you can buy everything you need.

-comfort with a private bathroom.
The rooms are small, but cozy and clean.

It's just an incredibly good hotel. The owners are responsive people. Everything is great. 10 stars. I will definitely come again. And more than once, if possible. The atmosphere is calm and sincere. The family stayed at the Manor Guest House for one day, as they were passing through the Republic of Belarus.
We rented a classic quadruple room.
Everything was just super!!!
Perfect cleanliness everywhere!
The hosts are very friendly and helpful people!
The room has its own kitchen - it's very convenient!
The territory is well maintained! There is a parking place for the car.
Next time we will only stay here!

The guest house left only positive impressions! We lived in a room with a private shower room. It's like a mini apartment. It turned out that there is even a refrigerator, dishes, tea, coffee, an electric kettle, and, of course, a TV. The owner is friendly. The territory is beautiful. There will be beauty in the summer. It's a great place. Everything is done efficiently. The furniture is also good. The rooms are cozy. Cleanliness is maintained constantly. There is a great forest with berries and mushrooms nearby. The only disadvantage is that it is not the best sound insulation. Therefore, those who need perfect silence in the room should look for another place.
