In complete shock. We booked a hotel through a booking service. We arrive on the appointed day, and they tell us that all the rooms are occupied. They offered to look at the room downstairs in Gagra, as there are many people renting there. Responsibility and respect for the guests are 0. I do not recommend it! Thank God we found other excellent and hospitable places in Gagra!

We are thrilled! Very nice view, friendly staff, delicious cuisine, very cozy. The only drawback is that it's a long way to the sea. View - Gagra in the palm of your hand!
