The location is superb. Two minute walk from the gallery. My room had a mesmerizing view to the nearby lake and mountains. Staff is very respectful and responsive to requests. Room is clean and has everything you'd need. Can't say anything bad about the hotel.

But for some reason, the young lady who was in the morning was making coffee for herself and the drivers.The guests drank instant coffee from a can.

There are small, almost invisible places on our planet that give warmth and comfort.
That's exactly what this family hotel can be attributed to.
How nice it is when travelers tired of a long journey are greeted at the reception with a fake smile.
And when you enter the room, you are greeted by a tray! with fruits and wonderful soft bathrobes)
In general, our vacation with my wife was filled with a pleasant feeling of warmth and comfort. And when we were tired after another excursion, we returned to the hotel. And when they left early in the morning to drink healing water. We were always greeted with a smile.
A low, sincere bow to all the staff and owners of this hotel!!

I'll make a reservation right away - the rating was not given to the hotel, everything is fine there, and the breakfast is not bad, although not all the dishes were successful, but everything is fine. The review is for a restaurant at the hotel (on the street nearby). We went there for dinner: all the dishes turned out to be tasteless, just amazing. The potatoes were raw on the coals, they asked to fry them - as a result, they became charred and still raw. Hummus is bitter. Chicken kebab - all charred in the ashes. Dalma is a separate conversation, we almost poisoned her, she just wasn't fresh in places. Plus, the menu says that there are 10 pieces in a serving, in the end there were 7. In general, it turned out to be such an unfortunate place that I do not recommend it to anyone. We haven't tried anything else in Jermuk, but we definitely don't recommend this place.

Sit back and read what I got for 40,000 drams (7,300 rubles) in one night:
The INFERNAL stench of sewage!!!
You enter the room, all the windows are open so that from the first moment you do not faint. The oak tree in the room is creepy. It was only in our presence that the administrator decided to turn on the batteries.
All the bed linen and pillows with blankets smelled of this sewer stink!
There is no air conditioner!
It's cold as hell in the bathtub!
There is no towel rail, but there are holes in the wall from it.
Cheap tiles in the bathtub! Cheap plumbing, the toilet is not even attached to the floor at all! There is a small watering can in the shower that is about to fall off the wall on your head! There is not a single shampoo shelf in the shower. There is nowhere to hang 4 wet towels in a room for 4!
Someone carefully unscrewed the spout on the faucet in the sink.
It's cold and stinks like hell while you're in the tub!
In the rooms: sooo dirty carpet! As if construction work was carried out on it, and then, in order not to throw it away, they laid it here.
In general, the phrase "in order not to throw it away, let it stand still" refers to everything that is in this building!
Plaster is falling off on the walls and ceiling from mold!
There is only one bedside table - terrible, the cheapest. The light bulbs near the beds don't work- no one cares to replace them!
The refrigerator is in the bedside table so that it cannot be opened - the hinges on the door of the bedside table itself get in the way! No one thinks to outweigh the hinges!
The beds were picked up in some garbage dump! Someone threw them away, but here it will "come in handy"! They are below my knee in height (how can elderly people get up from such a bed?), terrible spring mattresses lie on cheap chipboard and it is not covered in any way! A man with a lot of weight will break through this bed from the first oath! There is no headboard, you sleep with your head against a dirty wall and an outlet! The bedspread is made of cheap synthetics.
There's a TV the size of my makeup bag! Why hang such a shame?!
The lock on the entrance door is broken, as if it was opened, and then it "came in handy" again.
In short, it's a shame to offer such accommodation for such money!

A very nice, clean, cozy hotel. We liked everything. But a significant disadvantage is if the windows of the room overlook an abandoned building nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel itself (included in the price), and for lunch and dinner we first went to a cafe next to the hotel, the kitchen was for an amateur, we didn't really, so we ate at a restaurant in another hotel.
