The hotel building is powerful, Soviet-built, in the city center, a beautiful park with a fountain, with lighting and music. The breakfasts are good and varied. The staff is friendly.
But that's it.
The declared pool does not work, there is no iron in the room, as well as hangers and hot water.
The rooms are dirty, the towels are washed, the bed linen is stained, the sockets are dangling and sparking, the carpet was once patterned- dirty in spots, the bathroom is also not the first freshness with a torn oilcloth curtain.
But all this did not spoil the general idea of this beautiful country.
A nice quiet, cozy place. The rooms are spacious. There is billiards, table tennis, near the hotel there are catering points and a park area - the location is excellent.
The service is acceptable. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 am, the food is excellent, varied. The staff is polite, but if the room does NOT need to be cleaned, you need to inform everyone about it, otherwise the maid will still come into the room.
Of the cons: we stayed for 4 days and there was no hot water for all 4 days, the air conditioners in the rooms do not work, in cold windy weather the window frames whistle and let the cold through, the room will be cold. There are some stains on the bed linen and towels everywhere.
A well-renovated building, the design is reminiscent of Soviet times. Entrance with or without a car is difficult, parking in front of the building is not indicated, who wants to park and park, but it's a long walk. The bathroom in the room does not work and, as the staff said, many complained, well, the masters could not fix it. Breakfast is below average, it's probably better not to take it. The price corresponds to the quality.
The place is gorgeous. But there are weddings downstairs every day, and crowded ones at that. But they don't make any noise at night. There are no breakfasts, instant coffee, hot porridge and fried eggs with sausage. The sauna does not work, there is no swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, but very tired. There are no hangers, wallpaper with streaks, carpet is a separate song. Ventilation is constantly noisy. The water in the shower was barely warm until they gave heating. But a hard bed, a warm blanket, a clean bed. But at the same time terribly washed towels. There is a kettle, but they put tea and coffee as they are lucky. But the staff is friendly, everything was arranged quickly
The place is cool, you can see the whole city in colors, the staff is polite, responsive, the rooms are clean, cozy, but some accessories are missing, such as an iron or a hair dryer, for this level it is a big minus
The hotel is big. It was recently renovated, but.... There is always this BUT! There is no such service in some small ones, for example in Samarkand. No wonder, of course, Jizzakh is not a tourist center, but still. The reception is poor. Lobi is not furnished from the word at all. There are no special complaints about the numbers. Clean, well furnished.
The room is quite acceptable, convenient separation of the living room and bedroom. Rooms with an electronic availability card in the room. Towels and bathrobes are changed every day. The breakfasts are quite hearty. We recommend choosing this hotel, which is located in the city center.
Outwardly cute. The territory is clean. The rooms are normal. WiFi only in the corridors. It doesn't catch at all in the room. It is impossible to turn off the ventilation in the room with constant noise. It gets in the way at night. The breakfasts are weak, the eggs are cold. The assortment is meager.
The hotel is in decline, the guy at the reception, who was on duty since the morning of 03/15.23, was very rude, barely restrained himself so as not to swear at him, I do not advise staying at this hotel. I recommend that the management of this hotel apply disciplinary measures up to dismissal to the above, until the last customers have forgotten the way to this hotel, the four of us definitely do not set foot there anymore!!! The rooms that are located on the inside of the hotel are very cold!!!
It's a good hotel, even a very good one. The expectations were different, but in fact out of 10 8 points (-2) for a non-working pool. The room is great, the air conditioners are working, clean. There was water in the room from the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet.
Everything is just great!
From the outside it is beautiful but inside it is not so pitiful such a building in the city center is not well maintained, the rooms are old in general it is deplorable
There was no hot water. The first room was not cleaned. They changed it later. The breakfast is good, the rooms are well equipped. I think all the mistakes are due to the staff
The hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, everything you need is there, less your money is normal, the only thing that upset this room was not cleaned upon check-in
Nice rooms . Only now they don't wash cleanly, I don't want to use a couple of towels , I handed over my clothes for washing, they brought them in as if they hadn't been washed.
Terrible hotel in the evening there is no hot water, the light often closes the elevators are very shaky, the beds are terrible, I do not advise unpleasant smells in the rooms
a great place to relax, the rooms are clean and well maintained, there is an outdoor large swimming pool and a cinema, a convenient elevator, a breakfast buffet, a park nearby
Disgusting hotel! The reception service is uncivilized, the manager refused to come down at all and limited himself to talking on the phone. Being pregnant, my husband and I could not get to the hotel, and thank God...... we did not see a registry office, but the fact that there is a decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan that the Registry office is not mandatory - it does not mean anything to them, as they said, they have their own rules! Half of the country lives as civilians without a stamp in their passport and everyone has their own reasons for this. Understanding is zero! Moreover, the hotel is central! We checked into another hotel without any problems, despite the fact that it is located opposite them. In general, they disgraced our lives, spoiled our mood and lowered their status! Shameful people!
I arrived at 11.40, they asked me to wait at the reception until 12, they had no light, the program did not switch to that day, etc. I did not wait, I drove to others in 15 minutes.hotels and immediately checked in
The hotel is garbage. They said it was a fresh renovation, but probably the builders were from Mardikor bazaar, they lived there for almost 3 days and there was no hot water all this time. Like the gas was turned off. On the second day, the elevator also broke down. The breakfast is the worst in my life of all the hotels.
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars. The hot water does not flow immediately, it needs to be drained. The rooms require minor repairs. The quality of the WiFi signal leaves much to be desired. The lights and hot water were turned off 2 times.
It's a terrible hotel. There are many cheaper and better ones than this one. The service is breakfast and generally not very good. It would be better if I didn't spend the night in the car
