There is nothing else in this hotel except the staff! The rooms are terrible, shabby, cold, the shower, the furniture - which is either old and creaky or which simply does not exist, the curtains with holes burned from cigarettes, apparently. There was no bedspread, which was never given, no blankets, they ran after him and asked for it - there was no! Probably, the owner has such a sense of humor that such a room has a Super Suite category! And its price is like a luxury! But we have not seen such a disgrace yet! We moved out right away!

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024. One of the advantages is the location and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rest is not good. We lived in a room on the 2nd floor, there are no screens on the windows, a room full of huge mosquitoes, we did not sleep all night, in the morning we found a fumigator in the bedside table, without pills, they were not found at the reception either, somehow the cleaner found them themselves. There was no water in the room and on the floor either, the cooler was empty. After 2 trips to the reception and calls, 2 bottles were brought. However, the next day there were 4 bottles in the room. The room itself is smoky, although we booked a non-smoking room. The pillow is hard, huge, the bed linen with holes, the smell of sewage in the shower, the faucet was new, the rest is in poor condition. There was no shampoo, just shower gel. There was a good set for brushing teeth and shaving. Breakfast is already at 9!!! Morning. Who is it for? It's very inconvenient. Breakfast is meager:omelette, potatoes, boiled eggs, fried bread. Tea, instant coffee only. There were fruits, yogurt, and vegetables. You won't stay hungry, but there is no choice at all.

We rested for 11 days in June 2024. The impression is that the hotel is not 3*, but has not reached its star rating of 4! Perfect renovation both in the common areas and in the rooms. The plumbing is shiny, the dampness does not accumulate. Economy room with a huge bed! New furniture,TV, refrigerator,kettle. The WiFi is perfect. Room cleaning is regular: bed linen, towels are changed, soap and soap accessories, tea, coffee, bottled water are provided. Breakfasts according to all world standards. Tea and coffee in the bar 24/7. The staff is wonderful, it feels like they passed the goodwill exam! I miss them already :) The location of the hotel is very convenient. 5 minutes walk from the terminus of all buses and metro. 10 minutes - and you are in the city center, 30 minutes - and you are on the beach! Thank you for your hospitality!
