It is very clean and cozy. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Thanks to the director (I'm not sure about the position) Julia is an amazing woman! And Hassan's buffet is above all praise! Of course, the price is very high for Russia or Kazakhstan, but do not forget the fact that the hotel is open only for mostly manned launches. And at this time, even to eat well, it is not easy to find a place.

Nice hotel, with a swimming pool. The staff is pleasant and polite. It is not quite in the center. The food is like in local restaurants, even better. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned and have everything you need.

A good hotel on Baikonur. Tidy rooms, blackout curtains, change of towels daily. The air conditioners work well. I was pleased with the restaurant - the food was very tasty. The Lebanese chef knows his job!
