Apparently this is the only hotel in Smorgon. The staff is friendly. I was on a business trip with colleagues, we rented 3 rooms of the "highest category", I have room 62.
The room is spacious, clean, a comfortable double bed, there is a warm blanket and a plaid. A TV with a bunch of channels and a good Wi-Fi, a router right in the room, the Internet worked great. There is a huge refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery, only a sink was missing.
We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel, they cook delicious, good value for money.
Now about the disadvantages: there are no air conditioners in the rooms, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. It was hot in my room, and mosquitoes flew in when I opened the window.
Another significant disadvantage is the translucent curtains, I woke up every day at 6 a.m. from the bright sun right through the window.

I was very pleased with this hotel: we rented 2 two-room rooms of the highest category. Booking rooms by phone was quick and easy, polite and friendly reception staff work around the clock. Parking is free, right at the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were on the 5th floor. Cleanliness everywhere, good fresh linen, there are not only personal and bath towels, but also towels for the kitchen. Nice light furniture, beds with normal flat mattresses. The bathroom, one might say, shone with cleanliness. Good water pressure. The Internet works well. The "equipment" of the kitchen corresponds to the description on the website. There is a very small cafe on the ground floor of the hotel, open from 7 to 19. In the morning, conditionally "complex" breakfasts (3 options for sets of dishes), in the afternoon we did not have lunch, but the lunch menu exists, in the evening, conditionally "complex" dinners (3 options for sets of dishes). The food is simple, but good, the portions are the most normal. They can make coffee, there are pastries - croissants and something else, delicious. Very friendly and friendly staff. Price level: dinner about 33 rubles (salad, meat or fish with side dish, compote), breakfast about 11 rubles (two courses and tea)

The hotel made a positive impression. I stayed in a single room.It is spacious enough, there is everything you need, including a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a basic set of dishes. The renovation in the classic rooms is not the freshest and most fashionable, but everything is neat. The staff is friendly. The only thing is, if you need Internet for work or communication, you should not rely on local wifi, it is only nominally available.

The hotel building requires facade work, of course, but inside the room was pleasantly surprised, large, spacious, there is a kitchen, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, the room looks like a small family. A hotel for everyone...rich and poor...it is very good to have a cafe right at the entrance to the right and it will give water and food at a reasonable price at a fairly good quality from 10:00 - well, they know the plans of our President - 24 - year quality... Indeed, the food is delicious so far...The staff is just great... the cafe is connected to the hotel and there is a good bathroom...the hotel itself is located near the Smorgon railway station and nearby you can say a whole set of trade enterprises...the architects did their best and correctly.

We rented a room with 2 separate beds.The room is large, there is also a separate kitchen with a sofa,refrigerator,kettle, microwave, and not a lot of dishes.The bathroom is large with a shower stall,shampoo,soap, towels.The TV is powered by a set-top box, there is Wi-Fi.It's not bad enough for 1.2 nights.We paid for the room 75.89 bel.rub

In general, there was a very pleasant impression of the hotel: excellent work of the reception staff, very friendly and friendly, ready to help, delicious food, thanks to the chefs of the Provence cafe, where breakfast is held. Unfortunately, we overslept breakfast, so we were fed a delicious lunch)
During this trip, we visited many hotels in different cities of the Republic of Belarus, this hotel in Smorgon left a very positive impression, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the staff.

We were in this small town passing through, stopped just for the night. Chic was not expected from the hotel. For the price and the atmosphere, but friendly staff, clean room, good location compensate for budget repairs. The only thing that upset me a little was the smell of tobacco. Номер чистый и светлый. Персонал однозначно плюс. Очень добрый и позитивный. В отличие от Москвы и Питера видеть добрые славянские лица это канешно приятно )))
Из минусов: сломаный замок в туалете. Закрыть невозможно. Телевизор не включить... торшер одна лампа не работает ))) Но это мелочи )))

Отличная гостиница, прекрасный вежливый персонал. Помогли с выбором номера, заселились в номер с красивым видом и солнечную сторону.
Цены доступные.
В номере есть всё, что необходимо.
Минус одна звезда, за постельное бельё и забившийся слив в душевой кабине, пришлось самим чистить

Для такого маленького города вполне нормальный отель. Брали два номера на 5 этаже. Так понимаю, что самые лучшие номера именно на этом этаже. Всё чистенько, но номера подуставшие. Всё необходимое есть: чашки, стаканы, тарелки, приборы, холодильник и микроволновка. Девушки на ресепшене приятные и вежливые, всегда готовы помочь.

Номера двухкомнатные, относительно свежие после ремонта. Большая спальня и маленькая кухня. В номерах полноценный холодильник, чайник, микроволновка. Словом, очень удобно!

Пользовалась услугами отеля дважды: в 2015 году и в 2019.
Прекрасный персонал. Дружелюбный и внимательный.
Жила с сестрой в номере эконом. Для номера такого класса всё было, достаточно, приемлемо.

Хорошая, недорогая гостиница. Вежливый персонал. Есть вай-фай. Номер был двухкомнатный. В одной комнате большая кровать, вторая комната маленькая, В ней был холодильник, микроволновка, диванчик, стол, электронный и посуда.

Отличный номер с маленькой кухней.
Заранее можно заказать ужин, если приезжаете поздно.
В номерах чисто и комфортно.
Каждый месяц останавливаюсь по 2 раза.
Приятно, что сотрудники узнаю в лицо.
Очень рекомендую!

Номера более менее.Нахожусь в самом дорогом номере в отеле.Если честно здание не очень.Диван и кровать жестковаты.Ну лично для меня.В номере не очень чисто.Одеяла это шерстяной плед.Подушка перьевая,в пятнах.
