The hotel positions itself at three stars. There are no questions here. Solid three plus
Location - 5. No questions at all
The rooms are, as they say, poor, but clean. But if it's no joke, it's quite normal. The water only has a VERY specific smell. But it's apparently everywhere
Breakfast is 4. There are six options to choose from every day. It's edible, but you can feel the scoop. And how thinly they slice salmon or tongue... and where they know how to find stale bread. Apparently this is such a feature. But you won't stay hungry
The staff is 5. Always (not the first time we stay there) everything is fine. Very friendly

In terms of eating lunch and dinner there, I would not recommend it. A hundred meters from the hotel there is a kraft cafe (hot and the size of a cabin, but very cozy) with excellent pancakes and barbecue

It's expensive for what you get. The restaurant is of the "highest category" (it says so at the entrance), it's just terrible. The dishes are not only not tasty, they can be raw. They left there hungry. If you need a snack, it's better to go to some sanatorium.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, and cozy.All rooms have balconies, modern plumbing.All staff is responsive and all issues are resolved in favor of the guests.Ordering food in a restaurant is no problem.The kitchen is not bad, the choice is large:They'll bake you pike cutlets and pies and whatever you want.Near the lake and places to relax.The place is beautiful and well maintained, everything is green.Everything is close, mentally and well.Almost the next building is Euroopt.The center, so to speak, of the universe.But there's something I didn't like.On one side of the hotel there is a huge parking lot under the windows, and you will not sleep in the morning.They park and yell.Or they start up and warm up for a long time.A powerful restaurant extractor fan works at night and during the day:it turns on and off.And on the other hand, there are Euro-wholesale refrigerators around the clock.Maybe someone doesn't care and unnoticeably, but we couldn't.If you don't open the windows, then maybe nothing.But not in the summer.There are no air conditioners.

A neat hotel and if you don't expect much from it, then it's very normal. Not a bad breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Good location near the waterfront. If the music hadn't been blaring half the night in the entertainment center in the hotel building and the equipment in the room was working, it would have been absolutely great.

He lived in a suite on the 5th floor. A compact but cozy two-room suite. There was a view of the lake. However, it is limited because of the large trees near the embankment. The service is polite. The restaurant is nice. The food is of high quality and inexpensive. However, on Saturday night the restaurant was noisy at night.

Check-in was at 6 a.m., the room cost 200 rubles, and this is a suite for three, where there are two separate beds, and a sofa that does not have a cot, the handle fell out at the door, there was already one roll of toilet paper in the toilet, there was no air freshener, there was no hair dryer, the shower door did not close, there were only two soaps and two shampoos. Towels were brought and extra. bedding. Breakfast was offered at 11 a.m. And at 12 they asked to move out. There was a day on the ticket, in the end they said that it was a mistake, and even the cost was not recalculated correctly. The room is very old. I do not recommend this place. For that kind of money, you can rent an apartment for two days with all the amenities.
