We made a hotel reservation. But the rooms were not available and we had to look for another hotel. At 2 a.m. we drove around the city in search of available rooms. Thank you, Booking does not take care of its customers. Extremely frustrated with the service.

it was three days in December. I entered the room, to say it's cold, it's nothing to say, no one guessed to turn on the air conditioner for heating before arrival.
Worn-out room, worn chairs, lack of hot water after 19.00
Cold breakfasts for 3 days of stay. A man entered the room without knocking (CLEANING)!!!! THERE are NO WORDS ...
When paying, they announced an amount 2 times higher than that in the booking, they figured it out. I paid for what I booked.
