A great place for a short vacation on a trip. It is clean and cozy, the staff is friendly, full breakfasts give a great start to the day, but in the evening you can warm up with a hot dinner and relax in a cozy room. I recommend it!

A very good hotel. We were passing through, decided to stop, and were very satisfied. We ordered a late dinner in the room, the dishes are delicious, the portions are large, we also liked the wine list. The rooms were clean. In general, a solid five. The rooms are clean, the buffet is decent for the money. There is not enough control over the staff, they were placed twice in rooms (401, 501), behind the window of which the fan next to the dining room buzzes around the clock, although they were changed to another room without question. They forgot to cook an early breakfast on request in the evening, but then they brought it to the room. The bed linen has not been changed in 7 days..

I really liked the hotel! There were slippers and two bathrobes in the room. The restaurant was open until midnight and considering that we arrived at 23:00, we managed to place an order with room delivery. There were polite staff at the reception, they explained everything. Generally, the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. The breakfast is good, included in the room rate. My impressions were very positive.

The most worthy hotel in Kokchetav is now. The price-quality ratio is more than. Rooms where I stayed (sometimes for up to 7 days or more) Everyone was good. Pleasant breakfasts (buffet). Quite a cozy hotel, stayed there several times, in a standard room (regular) and a suite (nothing special, just a large room).
The room is clean, the audibility is normal.
Breakfast buffet, the choice of dishes is not large, but you can choose and on request they can cook an omelet, but it's not very tasty for my taste.
At the reception, the service is polite, but the administrators are absolutely not competent in documentation.

The rooms are clean and quiet, but when the festivities in the restobar can be heard even on the 9th floor, it's not normal to want to relax from the road, and not listen to music until night. Something happens to the water, I often go there, I've said it many times, but they don't do anything about it. The pressure jumps then cold, then boiling water, it is impossible to adjust, is there really no plumbing to deal with pumps, expansion tanks, etc!

The hotel is in the very center of the city, very convenient location. The rooms are clean. Bathrobes, slippers, almost a complete set of bath accessories and accessories. Of what is missing for complete happiness is a coat hanger in the hallway (you have to hang it in the closet, next to other clothes and bathrobes (!)). And in family rooms, it makes sense to put a couple of chairs in the second room - it's a little difficult without them. Comfortable beds. Very responsive staff, ready to solve any problem if any arise. Excellent breakfasts.

The rooms are not large, but there is everything for a comfortable stay. A good choice for breakfast. There are wishes: put a refrigerator in all rooms (there was no one in my room, 301), and replenish water and tea and coffee every day.

I do not advise staying at this hotel, as its employees do not know what customer orientation is. And judging by the lack of responses to negative reviews, they don't care about their reputation at all. We were passing through, the 6th day in the car on the route Voronezh-Astana. At 5 a.m. we decided to stay at the Kokshetau hotel, as we were already falling off our feet, we were very exhausted. We were put in a junior suite for 35,000 tenge, cool for 5-6 hours of sleep, right? But the other option was only to sleep in the car in the front seats (the rear ones are occupied by a cage with pets). We were also informed that the price includes breakfast until 11 am. Having set the alarm clocks at 10:30, we fell asleep safely, thinking about the wonderful buffet that awaits us in the morning (and there is no need to go anywhere and look for a normal dining room). At 10:50 we came to this dining room, the food was on a tray, but we were told that the buffet was already over for us. Bottom line: we didn't get enough sleep (we could have gotten up an hour later, at 11:30), didn't eat, gave 35k tenge for it, I cried all morning from despair... But the staff of this hotel could just go to a meeting and feed us at least something, and at 10:50, when in fact we still have the right to breakfast! We didn't have the strength to find out something and get food, it was easier to eat in a cafe and drive on.
