Among the advantages: Excellent location, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, excellent service, a cozy courtyard with tables where you can drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening (or vice versa). Daily change of towels, slippers in the room, hair dryer, shower gel in the shower (it's also shampoo, they say, but I didn't dare to wash my hair with it)
Of the minuses: The metro is right under the hotel, because the rise at 6 am is provided, disgusting instant coffee for breakfast (and a good one should be specially asked from the kind staff)
Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend.

A cozy, modern hotel a stone's throw from the Cascade. The rooms are well renovated, the beds are comfortable, there is a mini-bar. The breakfast is ordinary European, everything is delicious. The reception is polite, they quickly resolve issues. There is a small courtyard with tables, you can sit in the evening. Overall, a very good hotel, I recommend it.

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. Cleaning is daily. Replacement of slippers and dental kits every day. The breakfasts are hearty, there is a variety. I liked the Armenian coffee at breakfast (you need to ask for it to be poured). Responsive staff. I liked sitting in the courtyard in the evenings. WiFi in the rooms.

I liked everything. The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Cascade complex, which makes it easier to find when returning to the hotel after walking around Yerevan. Close to shops, theater, museums. The main square of the Republic is a 15-minute walk away. Clean, cozy. The staff is very friendly. They speak Russian . The breakfasts are delicious, they make wonderful coffee.
The disadvantage is that from 7:00 to 23:00 you can hear the metro train, which is laid somewhere nearby. . But since the trains are short and run infrequently, the noise did not interfere at all. (Confused on the first day)

The hotel has a very good location. The main pedestrian attraction, the Cascade Staircase, is just a stone's throw away. Every evening you can enjoy the sunsets over Mount Ararat and be close to the hotel. The rooms are not bad, there are balconies. A big plus: very quiet. The main highways are far away, and the courtyard is isolated on both sides, there is no noise. The only thing is that the bathroom requires a little repair, the pressure of the shower suffers. The cleanliness and level of the breakfast are excellent. A wide variety, real Armenian coffee in a turk on the sand and a small number of people. To stay here for a couple of nights, this is a great place!

I really liked this hotel! Small, cozy, with tables in the courtyard where you can drink a cup of fragrant Armenian coffee, the rooms are equipped with everything you need. The friendly staff speaks Armenian, Russian and English. The hotel is located 100 meters from the Cascade attraction, and there are various cafes and interesting installations nearby. And yet, although the hotel is located in the very center of the city, it is located in such a way that you can not hear the noise of the city at all. However, vibration from the subway is heard until 23 o'clock, but this does not interfere at all. I recommend this hotel:)

I liked the hotel, stayed overnight between flights. In the very center of Yerevan, the Cascade is a hundred meters away. Comfortable rooms, polite and friendly staff. We arrived at midnight, so I will separately note drinks and snacks in the room (for a fee), it really helped us out after a long road. Next time in Yerevan we will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very convenient for exploring Yerevan, the rooms are not large, there is a hairdryer, minibar, safe. The reception and bar are open around the clock, you can have tea or coffee at any time (for an additional fee). There is a small terrace in the courtyard. Only breakfasts are supposed to be served at the hotel, they were always the freshest, every day a new hot dish. The staff is attentive and friendly. It was our first time in Armenia, we really liked it and if we go again, we will stay at the Cascade Hotel again.

I stayed with my husband at the Cascade Hotel from September 2 to September 11, 2022. A very nice, cozy hotel located in a great location, in the city center. There are many attractions nearby. But the most important thing is:these are excellent professionals, the people who work at this hotel. Our flight was unexpectedly postponed and when the hotel was fully loaded, they helped us, we managed to extend the room. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed every day.A very, very cozy courtyard where you could have breakfast, sit with friends over a cup of coffee, and drink a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfasts are modest, but quite sufficient. And after all, the whole day is ahead with a beautiful city, with Yerevan!!! Have a nice, interesting trip to everyone. The location is just great. The hotel itself is small, clean inside, the breakfast is very decent. Friendly staff. There is an elevator. The air conditioner was working properly, at a temperature of 37 degrees outside, the room was comfortable. The bed, pillows are comfortable.

The location is in the very center, while there is no noisy road nearby. All the sights of Yerevan are within walking distance.
The rooms are clean, were standard and improved.
The staff is very sincere, ready to help with any questions.
Breakfast is monotonous, but everything is delicious and fresh!

Clean, nice hotel. The staff is very pleasant and helpful! The very center! The cascade and the most delicious restaurants are a 2-minute walk away. The only drawback is that there is a subway under the hotel. In some rooms, a strong vibration is very audible and felt. But the subway closes at 23 o'clock, so it's quiet and peaceful at night.

The hotel is great if you are ready for its little surprises - there are no bottles of water in the room, the administrator who is on duty at night does not speak Russian. Tourists, for whom I am writing this review, know that in Armenia they drink tap water. And this is normal, since it is water from the mountains. At the expense of communication in Russian - everyone speaks without problems, well, or almost everyone. So learn English... At the reception, Sophie helped us a lot, explained how to get to the place we needed, helped with the selection of excursions, and in general was very friendly and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet . Modestly, but very tasty thanks to the chef Natalia, who was able to create an almost homely, cozy atmosphere. The hotel was pleased with its proximity to the Cascade, literally 100 meters. Ararat was visible from the window of our room. The city center is within walking distance. Not a hotel, but a fairy tale!! I'll come back myself and advise everyone!

At the reception, neither English nor Russian is spoken, nothing is possible to find out. In the room you will be greeted by a persistent smell of chlorine. Linen and towels are washed, they smell of chlorine. There is simply NO sound insulation!!! Conversations and movements outside the door are like in your room. Well, the most fun. From about 5 in the morning, you start shaking in your room from a train passing underground. So it's unlikely to be possible to sleep.

We stayed at the hotel during the trip during the New Year holidays. I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, new, very pleasant staff, the room was cleaned every day in our absence, despite the high workload of the hotel, daily change of slippers, which surprised me. The hotel has a buffet breakfast - there is always a second course, various vegetables, fruits, dairy products, sausages and cheeses. It's always very varied and delicious, no one limits what you take, and maybe they'll bring you coffee, even if you didn't order it. The only drawback was the small number of boarding dreams in the dining room, when more vacationers arrived, sometimes they had to wait a little to sit down at the table. But this did not overshadow the rest. In general, we were pleasantly surprised, as we got a very pleasant comfortable place at a low price, perhaps one of the best hotels for all our trips!

Not a bad hotel.
The standard room is small but cozy. Spacious bathroom with shower. There is a separate hose for washing on the toilet.
Unfortunately, there is no normal desk to work on a laptop.
The room has a kind of minibar: drinks and snacks.
On the first day of our stay, the breakfast was good - stewed eggplant. The rest of the days are kind of nonsense. Maybe because I don't like porridge for breakfast. But vegetables or fried eggs are my choice, but vegetables are either tasteless or on the contrary disgusting, fried eggs are similar to vegetables. Instant coffee.

Great location, nice staff. Quite a normal breakfast . Of the cons: the subway passes under the hotel, the sound of trains starts at 7 a.m., so it is advisable to settle on the fourth or fifth floor. The lack of an electric kettle in the room is also a minus. If you want boiling water, go down to the first floor and ask for water to be boiled and given in a ceramic kettle, it is extremely inconvenient.
