Service? No, you haven't heard. I checked into a junior suite in building B. The toilet was not cleaned, bread crumbs and cakes were lying on the chairs in the room. They didn't even apologize for that. The cleaner said with a reproachful tone, "Well, they probably called me somewhere when I was cleaning, so I didn't finish it." In the building, they sheathed the building with a glass case from the outside, like they improved the outside. A strange decision. You open the window in the room, and there's another glass wall that has no windows. The standard rooms have a musty smell, it's dark, as if you enter a cave and this is like the best hotel in the city, which is not cheap

Nice hotel. Only they have a swimming pool and sauna, in my opinion, although I may be mistaken. The breakfast is not bad. The only thing at check-in was a small mess at the reception and colleagues had problems with accommodation. But in general, it's not bad.

Do not warn that there is no hot water! In hotels, boilers are already at a much lower level. For a rather impressive price for accommodation, the hotel frankly does not hold up, especially the staff.

The rooms stink, room 2110 the sewer in the shower stinks, it feels like you're sleeping in the toilet. The staff is friendly. The cleaning is weak, the empty shampoo tube has not been removed, so it is not carefully cleaned. Breakfasts for 3+ it feels like the efficiency of the hotel is not to exhibit fish and various delicious products. The assortment has dropped. At the reception, the staff (girls) are mistaken, in particular, they made a mistake with my early check-in, asked me to leave a deposit, although I work for a company that is an old client of Irtysh. Then I showed the voucher, where it turned out there was an early check-in. The food at the lobby bar is overpriced. But the kitchen is good, the food is delicious.
