Rooms are good. People are nice although few speaks English but how can a hotel clean the room once or maximum twice a week! That is horrible and destroy all past goods. For over 2 years I have been there but never more…

The best hotel in the city, which probably doesn't say much about Pavlodar, but what we have. Of course, repairs are needed, there is more parking, and of course I would like a real 4*, but in general it is acceptable, I did not have any problems this time. The plumbing is in good order, the linen is clean, the breakfasts are not good, especially the restaurant on the top floor should be noted - it is simply magnificent!

Крупный отель в Павлодаре. Удобное место, можно прогуляться до набережной, рядом есть магазины, барбершоп Nomad, магазин мужской одежды Lamberty из Турции. В самом отеле есть дорогой ресторан (но можно доехать в Alpenhof), тренажёрный зал с сауной и бассейном (бесплатно для проживающих). Номера просторные, бельё чистое, шампунь и зубной набор, тапочки и халат есть. Две бутылки воды как комплимент. Из недостатков: то тумба в отеле выезжает, то унитаз подтекает (хоть хорошо, что в разных номерах). Нужно управлять кондиционером, потому что за ночь сильно остывает номер. Завтрак достойный, разнообразный и обильный. Особенно оцените десерты, они классные!

They moved to a new building . In the night from 06/25.24 to 06/26/2024, putty collapsed from the ceiling at 3 a.m., they could not move to normal living conditions until 5 a.m.
And only after writing a complaint in the complaint book, they found the number.
As a result, it was already the 4th number, which was changed by shedding from 06/23/2024
First they gave room 303, there was a shower running, then 305 and the air conditioner did not work there.
And only after that they were given a room in the new building a, and as a result, the sleepless night was spent in air-conditioned rooms.
And even despite all this, not a single representative of the hotel apologized for the inconvenience.

There was a door to the next room with a double slit under it, which makes it uncomfortable. The breakfast is good. Nice view from the 11th floor. Quite a decent hotel!
Fully justifies its 4 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
On the 12th floor there is a nice restaurant with a wonderful view of the city!
Buffet breakfast - there is everything in abundance: several varieties of meat, fish, cheese (sliced), yoghurts, a variety of desserts, meat dishes, chicken, etc.
The waiters are great, the hall and tables are always clean!
The hotel is within walking distance from the embankment and the city park.
I recommend it, well done!👍

The breakfasts are delicious, but the Standard rooms themselves leave much to be desired. There is a strong smell of dust, from the bedspreads and from the carpet. The room turned out to be smoky, despite the prohibition of smoking in the room. The shower does not switch, and the water pours partly from a watering can, partly from a tropical one. At least there is no shower door or curtain, it pours on the floor. Shower repair screams for help. For the cost of 38 thousand tenge, I consider it unreasonably expensive.

Достойный отель 4*, высокое качество сервиса, чистота, хороший завтрак и достаточно большой фитнес к услугам гостей.
Были в командировке большой делегацией, отдельное спасибо персоналу ресепшн, помогали по всем вопросам.
Вкусная еда в лобби-баре, понравился салат с мини-стейками и бефстроганов, размер порции клаб-сендвича впечатляющий

Гостиница укомплектована хорошо. Месторасположения супер. Отличные завтраки. Но с чистотой в номерах и заменой сломанного оборудования просто беда. Как говорится, чёртик прячется в деталях. Когда выходя из душа, видишь на стене кусок презерватива, мысли в голове прям роятся. Как он туда попал? Почему не убрали? А если только наличие этой детали, обеспечивает целостность всего здания??? Потом уже начинаешь обращать внимание и на другие мелочи: пыльное корытце с брендированными шампунем, кондиционером и зубным набором, откровенно грязную коробку с салфетками, пульт для ТВ в модном чехле-книжке, но без крышки батарейного отсека. Одноразовые крышки для кофе на стаканах навели на мысль, что к заселению номер никто особо не готовил, так прибрали, что оставалось от предыдущего жильца, да и то только там где можно было достать без стремянки (надо признать кусок презерватива с моими 180-тью было не достать). Наверное, для кого-то это мелочи и вполне приемлемо, но мне кажется как раз такие мелочи и определяют реальный уровень гостиницы.

Отличная гостиница! Тихо, чисто. Однако, надо учитывать, что гостиница не новая и, например в ванной, уже можно видеть следы отложения водного камня и износа оборудования. Но в целом всё хорошо.

Понравился завтрак, хороший выбор и всё свежее. Официант предложил взять с собой в номер еду для детей которые спали, принёс контейнеры. Это большой плюс.
Не понравились номера в корпусе B. Хоть там и сделали ремонт, комнаты тесноваты, из вентиляции очень дуло, даже если её выключить. Ночью попросили раскладушку её принести через час. Мы уснули пока ждали и нас разбудили. В номере был 1 халат, 1 набор косметики.

Были в командировке, гостиница понравилась: удобное расположение, завтрак шведский стол, разнообразное меню, впечатлили белые скатерти на столах. Номера большие с высокими потолками, в номере чисто, большой санузел, персонал приветливый. Неудобств не испытывали, в гостинице ыло тихо.
