Rooms are good. People are nice although few speaks English but how can a hotel clean the room once or maximum twice a week! That is horrible and destroy all past goods. For over 2 years I have been there but never more…

Wonderful hotel, restaurant, room service. It's very cozy. The receptionists are responsive and the staff is young, but very intelligent. A good location. Delicious cuisine. Breakfast. Warm dishes. Of the cons, I wasn't looking for cons. If I come to Pavlodar, I will choose this hotel again.
