I really shouldn't have. The attitude has changed a lot. I left a review on another social network, but it was simply deleted by the hostess. Therefore, I will write more here so that people know and do not make our mistake. We booked in advance, back in February. They refused another offer, as Gayane persuaded them. We booked a room on the second floor. In the summer, I contacted the hostess again, and she said that the price remains the same. The day before the flight, I wrote to her again and then it turns out that the price has increased by 500 rubles. And we're going for 20 days. With three children. And the hostess knew about it. That is, the plus is already 10t. It has already been found out locally that she did this to every second person who was not in cars, so that there were no options to find another place to live. Our friends have had their price raised twice since booking. The last time was upon arrival, although they had found out a week before if there would be any more changes. And we also took an advance payment when booking, and then again for these days upon check-in. We were supposed to be met at Adler airport. But no one MET us! We spent 3 hours looking for a car to leave, she promised something all the time. As a result, we were somehow taken away from there, but we stayed at the border for 3 hours. We arrived at 10 p.m. The canteen is closed, the shops are closed, at least they asked the driver to go to the store on the highway, even if they scored doshiraks. Then we got acquainted with retired vacationers who were left in Adler for a day at all because their room was not available. Now about the rest itself. There's a hornet's nest somewhere in the summer kitchen, and you'll be swatting wasps away instead of having lunch. People put sausages and meat on a separate plate in order to somehow eat. The dishes in the kitchen have not been changed since our first arrival in 2019. All the dead. There are not enough glasses. Vacationers take everything by room and you just won't find anything to drink tea in. Laundry is paid 100 rubles. As long as you live, you will sleep on the same bed, no one will offer you until you have a fight. Cooking there is not an option at all. There are two dirty, battered refrigerators that no one is watching. There are not enough pots and pans and they are in such terrible condition that you don't want to pick them up. Two swings were set up on the territory, which fell off twice during our vacation, although only children rode. The dining room also went bad. There are few dishes, small portions, and a lot of things cost two or three days without refrigerators (the neighbors who ate there then treated the intestines). Prices in the dining room are more expensive than in neighboring establishments. We ate nearby in another place where there are waiters, normal fresh food and prices are lower. Beds are a cheap option, but you can sleep. There is air conditioning, a TV and a mini fridge that freezes ice cubes. The only advantage is the sea. There are many breakwaters, a wide beach, you can catch crabs and fish. The Dalek shop is across the highway and uphill. So I don't recommend anyone else to rest at Gayane's.

There is a kitchen on site. There are few dishes. There is a washing machine, you can use it for free. Sea. The sea is gorgeous. Warm, clean water. There are a lot of breakwaters, the only disadvantage is that they block the panorama of the sea. The beach is clean, there are no people at all. The beach is not equipped, there are no canopies, no sun loungers, no umbrellas. There is a dining room on the territory of the hotel, with absolutely affordable prices. Everything is delicious. You can get to civilization by taxi, walk for more than an hour. I mean civilization-New Athos. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive. Athos has all the delights of resort life. In the other direction-Sukhum. About 45 minutes by car. There is one shop near the hotel, right on the highway. There is everything you need. For vegetables / fruits, of course it is better to go to the market in Athos. The sea is ideal for families with children. It takes 4-5 minutes to walk from the houses to the sea, but across the railway road. Trains run very often-they don't bother you! The road is further from the beach, not like in the Krasnodar territory. Problems during check-in. The hostess is losing guests, some have arrived, but there is no place. We had the same thing, rented two houses, arrived on the appointed day, but there was only one house. As a result, someone hung out, we moved in.

An adequate price-quality ratio. The houses are wooden, there is always hot water. The plumbing for such a house is normal, it does not leak. The air conditioner is working properly. The linen is clean. There is a refrigerator. The territory is well maintained, lots of greenery, clean. We arrived at night, we were greeted, checked in. It was quiet on the territory, no one was sitting in the common kitchen, making no noise, although almost all the houses were occupied. 2 minutes to the sea, cross the railway tracks. The life is simple and with small shoals, but the place is cozy and clean, the owners are friendly.
