I often come to Aktobe for work, I always stay here. The rooms are being renovated and in general the hotel is being slowly updated, which pleases. There is a parking lot nearby (right next to the hotel)

Super!!! It's clean And smells like renovation! Polite staff. Slippers, bathrobe, toilet set are all there. I forgot the charger and the admin provided it. And they also have smart TVs, lie down and smoke netflix.

The standard room is an ordinary overnight stay, gray wallpaper, a minimum of furniture - a hanger, a table and a renovated chair. The room is "tired", the partitions between the rooms are thin, so you can hear what is being done at the neighbors. Breakfast is not included in the price, but there is a microwave, kettle and tables on the ground floor. The cost starts from 10,000 per day.

Not bad. There are 24-hour canteens nearby. The room was rented for 4 people, although there were 6 beds in the room. There is a shower with a toilet, everything you need to spend the night.

Not a bad hotel. Check-in and check-out time is not from 12 o'clock, but according to the actual check-in time - very convenient. I checked in late, I didn't have tenge with me, I left a deposit in rubles in the morning, I changed tenge and paid off. There is free parking, but not much. Nearby there is a 24-hour cafe, a train station and an exchange office. The rooms have a shortage of sockets and are located far from the bed. The water is cold and hot with good pressure. But plumbing needs to be washed more often and better - it's all streaked and scum. In general, not bad.

С 28.08 на 29.08 админ хамское отношение! Хотя несколько дней там жил ушёл 29 го в букинге вайфай есть пишут фактически не дают пароль, завтрак тоже прописан а оказывается кухни нет! Последнее убил админ машину на задни двор ставить можно а выходить сзади нельзя! Обойди здание мне говорит! Курить кстати на заднем дворе тоже нельзя хотя там стоит огромное ведро полное бычков! Не советую вообще эту гостиницу. Идёшь по коридору только охи вздохи слышно

We stopped by at 2 am local time, met well, the room is old, but clean enough, the card payment did not pass, left the money in rubles, in the morning we went exchanged for tenge, the bank is close, the number is 2400 rubles. Parking is under the windows, there are carpets on the floor in the corridor, so you can only hear if the trees are clapping. In the house, as it turned out, there is a round-the-clock dining room, delicious, cozy, prices are good

Приехали ночью. Забронированные номера в другом месте пропали. Случайно увидели эту гостиницу. Взяли семейный номер. По просьбе дали чайник до утра. Вполне прилично. Комаров много. Искусали. Персонал вежливый.

Ужас был один раз обслуживание низкое персонал грубый забыл вещь одну попросил вернуть и найти,а они содействовать отказали ,сказали что камера видеонаблюдения не работает,а это значит говорит что там не безопасно ,никакой страховки на безопасность не дают ,да и все там старое воняет

Персонал хороший отзывчивый. Комнатам требуется ремонт в некоторых замена мебели. А так все чисто аккуратно.

А нам всё понравилось! Ночевали две ночи в стандартном номере за 8000 тенге. Двое взрослых и двое маленьких детей разместились на одной кровати. Душ, туалет в номере, кровать большая, чисто - что ещё нужно путешественнику? Спасибо за гостеприимство, желаем дальнейшего развития и процветания!

Ночевали в конце октября по дороге в Россию. Очень понравилось. Устроило все - постель ,белье,состояние номера,цена(10000тг за ночь).
