A pretty decent hotel, cozy rooms, inexpensive. Personally, I liked living in it. I recommend. Smoking in the hotel (and in the rooms) is strictly prohibited, there are warning signs all around. The fine is 100,000 Uzbek soums. So, you'll have to go outside to smoke.
