I looked at the ratings and comments, it was a shame) The owner is an 80-year-old grandfather. He created the hotel back in the 90s. Of course, the building is old. But to be fair, he doesn't sit still at all. He is constantly doing something, trying to improve and improve.
I have never stolen or profited from others. The prices are low, so the decoration is modest. And even so, air conditioners were installed in almost all rooms.
Comparing with hotels in the capitals, of course, you will not give a high rating, but the place is sincere. And you can steam in the bathhouse👍🏼
It's a terrible hotel, they've been doing repairs there since Soviet times.

A very old building, furniture and plumbing were destroyed. There is free parking and courteous staff. There is one room for one person, the other rooms are for several people. I do not recommend it categorically.
