This place is definitely not worth the money(12000 tenge/day)
Are you provided with a small room with peeling walls, rotten parquet in places, a prehistoric TV, a creaky, ancient bed, and an almost collapsed chair
? Throw it out yourself. Even the trash can in the kitchen is for the administration cooking for incoming guests, so if you cook, then take it with you (actually, the kitchen is shared). It is quite spacious, the refrigerator is set at 6 ° C (save electricity?), so your food is not particularly stored. But the knives are sharpened, at least it pleases. In general, there are a lot of necessary utensils in the kitchen, so you can cook almost anything.
The toilet is in the room... But, not only does the door to the toilet not close, the walls between it and the room are so thin that they are not actually there, so yes, you will hear how those living with you relieve themselves so clearly that it is almost ASMR!
Loud drunk men come periodically(we woke up to their screams at 4 a.m.).
Of the advantages, 4 out of 6 days we had a good Internet connection (30 mbit/s), and then we decided to fix it, we actually spent the day without it, and the next day it was about 5 mbit/s.
In general, the administrators smile as much as possible and pretend that they are glad to see you, but they hint that you throw out the garbage yourself, clean up after yourself (even if you rented a room for one night, do not be surprised if you are asked to wash the floors after yourself (and it is quite dirty in a room with crumbling plaster)).
After us, apparently, they were not going to wash the bedclothes, but only planned to make it beautifully.
In general, a place quite far from the center with a huge price and far from the most pleasant staff, I strongly advise against it, there are options at times better and cheaper!
Well, the sweetest thing is that they didn't even give us the room key, because they simply couldn't find it! Therefore, we were offered to leave all things like this with the words: don't worry, we will look after everything, we have cameras here (there is a camera at the reception desk and in the kitchen)

Sadly. The furniture (mattress) is scrap, the room was found with a condom. We didn't stay the second night. Not all of the money was returned for the second day
