We had a vacation with our daughter in July 2024. We really really liked it. A small cozy hotel looks like a beautiful mansion with a comfortable veranda where breakfasts were held, a swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, a playground for children and a children's pool. There is ample parking for cars on site, which is also very important. Friendly and friendly staff, sincere polite with an amazing sense of humor, the owner of the hotel, for which I thank you all very much. The rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need. The rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed after 3 days. The breakfasts are delicious. I didn't want to leave. There are many more pleasant and useful functions, a very long comment turns out, you can't describe everything. The hotel is located about 100 meters from the beach, opposite the Psou Holiday Home. The balconies offer beautiful views of the mountains and the Recreation Center park. By the way, the territory of the hotel is also very well maintained, blooming 🌺
We had a vacation in August 2022, me, my husband and my child. For those who are in Abkhazia for the first time, know that Tsandripsh is the first settlement after the border, so we got there quickly. Now about the hotel. The hotel is not very large, the interior is pleasant, the interior is clean, there are ironing boards in the hallway. The rooms are also clean, there are balconies, we have a room with a double bed and a cot. The pool is good, the water is clean, but children are not allowed to jump from the sides. The photo is all true. The territory is well maintained, there is a foot crane at the entrance to the territory, so as not to drag dirt from the beach. The beach is not far away, it takes 5 minutes to walk. The price includes breakfast, very good. Pancakes + porridge or scrambled eggs every day. There has always been tea, coffee, cottage cheese, butter, sugar. The cook also worked at dinners for a fee. The food is just wonderful, lagman, borscht, khachapuri boat is the best, cutlets, pilaf, etc., everything that we have not tried, everything is delicious and at a very affordable price. Thanks a lot to the cook. Now about the cons, the first and biggest minus is that there is no generator. The fact is that in Tsandripsha, the lights are very often turned off and at the same time it is pitch dark and there is no water, everything would be fine, but in the 10 days that we were there, the light was turned off almost every day and it was not for two or even three hours and all this at 7 pm. That's why many hotels have a generator here, but not here. The second disadvantage is either the guard, or the manager, like a warden in a prison, tracks his every step, whoever was here will understand what I am writing about. You feel like you're not on vacation. The third disadvantage is that there is a microwave in the kitchen, but for some reason they do not allow you to use it, the fact is that it is difficult to feed a small child or a person with a sick stomach in a Zandripsh, all the food in the cafe is solid kebabs and French fries, restaurants and cafes with homemade food or at least a children's menu are simply not here, so we we took food with us from the cook for the evening for the child. But they don't allow her to warm up, no, of course they warmed me, but I had to literally beg this very "supervisor", well, not to eat de cold. In general, the conclusion is that this was our first trip to Abkhazia, we have nothing to compare it with. And yes, the owner is not always friendly, well, apparently such a character, but if you need help, he will always help and tell you.
The hotel is excellent, 5 stars, definitely!
The owner of the hotel is a friendly, good man!
Room cleaning is sad, one rag is used to wash both the common corridor where people walk in shoes and the room where you walk barefoot. They don't wash under the beds at all.
Constant problems with electricity. As a result, you can't wash up, you can't go online.
