What would you like to improve: 1. Meals at the restaurant. The breakfast is monotonous, the staff does not monitor the replenishment of finished dishes and dishes, the heating of food. 2. Cleanliness in the rooms. Cleaning is carried out in such a way that someone's hair meets in bunches on the mats in the room. There is also hair in the shower. 3. Service. I asked to arrange a desk in the room (by the way, in the suite is the most acceptable option for me), the guys didn't seem to refuse (they nodded their heads that they would do something), but they didn't do anything either.
