Very convenient location, close to the beach, within walking distance of New Athos, Gudauta, there is a place to eat, I recommend you to try the famous boat in New Athos in the former Soviet dining room at Swan Lake

There were constant power outages, the air conditioner and boiler could only be turned on one at a time, and still there was not enough voltage. We had a one-year-old child with rotovirus, in the heat without an air conditioner it was impossible to bring down the temperature, and there was no water to wash the dishes elementary. We urgently had to travel to Russia in Sochi, to look for housing closer to the hospital. We left 3 days earlier and asked the hostess to return at least some of the money, she refused, said we ourselves decided to leave ahead of time. It was humanly possible to meet halfway. God is her judge
