The furniture is new, the rooms are modern. But the institution is state-owned and the corresponding attitude: the cafe in the hotel is closed because the cook either quit or got sick. All the guests have to go to a cafe 200 m away.
There are no disposable showers in the standards

2 kettles for the whole hotel (of course, they are quickly sorted out)
Hair dryer - rent 3 rubles /hour

In fact, it's quite a hotel, everything looks new and clean, but something is wrong with the management. At the same time, all rooms are occupied! We managed to get the last one and while we were making out, it was gloating to watch how everyone else was being refused)))
The young lady, giving the keys to the room, said that the elevator was not working. In a tragic tone that leaves the feeling that it will never be launched again.
The laws of physics say that since the elevator is not working, your room is on the 5th floor.
There was one pillow and one towel in the room, and there were two of us. Although the network name and password were on the table, there was no Internet. Rather, the specified network was not on the air at all.
It also turned out that there was no shower gel and shampoo, as well as a kettle.
I had to go down with these questions. The same tragic young lady said that there was nothing. There are no pillows, no blankets, and nothing at all - there are too many people. But she promised to look around the rooms (she can steal from the sleepers :)) - and indeed it was closer to 22 o'clock - she brought us a pillow and a towel.!! :)) Going down and up on foot several times, I noticed a couple of happy guests walking up the stairs with pillows. They may have found their own from other guests. By the way, it's dark enough inside the hotel in the corridors, but they don't turn on the lights - either this is a tradition, or it's not a pity only at night.
In general, there was no kettle, but the cafe in the hotel was and worked strangely in the evening from 21-00 in the form of a disco rumbling throughout the village with bad speakers and booze. In the morning, the cafe does not work, although it was noticeable that at first breakfast boxes were brought to it , and then some kind of alien group of people were quickly fed and the cafe was closed.
The morning came with wild cries of seagulls - but they did not really interfere - but the most interesting thing was that it turned out later that these seagulls profusely shit on the sidewalks - so in the morning, near the hotel, a specially trained young lady brushes it all off ... but methodically cleans off the tiles.
Everything is really nice and clean. And even somehow and without resentment for the service, even somehow it's a pity for them - they try, though in their own way, but they try)))

The rooms don't seem bad in principle, they are clean. but! Let's start with the entrance, the elevators do not work and judging by numerous reviews, the elevators never work, at first glance a beautiful but creaky and wobbly spiral staircase leads to the second floor. Next, the rooms, peeling wallpaper, the most fun is the unfixed shower stall and toilet bowl, which are decently wobbly. The highlight of the hotel is the absence of banal soap and disposable shower gel. And now the most interesting thing is the KITCHEN!!! You can't choose lunch and breakfast, eat what they give you. Dinner is generally a separate story. The cook is a young kid and he cooks, to put it mildly, not well, and for this nonsense there is a cosmic price tag even by the standards of Minsk. I do not advise anyone to visit the cafe of the hotel, you will lose money and will not get any pleasure from eating.

Cons: Mediocre food quality + shoals of waiters. There are no mosquito nets. There is no kettle in the room. The cooler is on another floor and empty. 5 floors, and the elevator is not working. A very decent Hotel. I recommend. At the time of the overnight stay, there were practically no guests. It's upsetting! But it's not their fault. Clean, tidy, and politely served at the reception. At the first request, they gave me an electric kettle. The room is bright, the view from the window was very pleasant. A pleasant view of the lake embankment opened up. I will always stay with them when traveling through the local suburbs.

The food is cold: the queue to the microwave, tea bags are given personally in the hands of 1 pc. to the visitor. The girls at the reception do their best: for example, there is fun like Fort Boyard: look for notes, around the hotel and perform tasks on them.
In principle, this is the highest level for the district center, but....

Of the subjective roughness, I will note the weak noise insulation of the rooms.We could hear our neighbors, so it seemed like they were talking in our room.So keep this in mind and don't repeat our mistake.Ask to check in through one room.The refrigerator was closed, not left to air out.And when we opened it, we smelled a fetid aroma.They closed the refrigerator and aired the room.The room itself, upon check-in, was with the windows open for ventilation, the air was fresh.But because of this, spiders entered the room.Thank God my wife didn't see them.Killed four of them.As for me, spiders are better than the smell of mustiness or cigarettes.I am sure that these little things will be taken into account and the stay at the hotel will be impeccable.But in general, the hotel staff leaves positive emotions!The desire to visit her again has not disappeared, and this is important.Thanks for attention.

The hotel is quite comfortable and located in a very beautiful area. But there may be problems with food if you have dinner later than 21 - there is simply no such opportunity (and, as we understand, in the whole city), and the menu is not particularly pleasing. But you can comfortably sit on the balcony of the room, contemplate the beautiful view and drink wine. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very meager, even without coffee. The nutrition service needs to be tightened up.
