We had a weekend break with a friend at this institution. We didn't expect anything from the evening, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of staff service. The waiters are very polite, there is an individual approach to each guest. At the beginning of the evening, they offered a compliment from the institution, kindly provided charging for the devices and easily solved any questions that arose. The food is delicious, the cocktails are top.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, at first background music was playing, there was time to chat, karaoke is open from 23:00 and the atmosphere has not deteriorated. There were no unpleasant moments with other guests, everything was very cultural. In general, I will definitely return to this institution. The impression of the evening is very pleasant. When they were about to leave, they also offered another compliment. To tell the truth, I have never seen such a good attitude towards guests and loyalty of the institution.

Yesterday I had a chance to visit the cafe "Guests mini".
The impression was good. It's nice that such places are starting to open not only in the city center, but also in residential areas.
Very cozy terrace. Before ordering food, carrot sticks with sauce are brought to you. As I understand it, in order to have a little snack and awaken the appetite even more (the so-called appetizers snacks).
The menu is varied, the prices are reasonable. I would just like to add some lemonades and non-alcoholic refreshing cocktails to the bar menu.
We ordered borscht and a portion of ribs for two. We ate one borscht, the portions are quite large. It's a very beautiful pitch. The waiters are friendly and helpful. In the end, she even made a compliment from the institution-they brought two glasses of non-alcoholic tinctures. There is also a box with different cigarettes near the terrace, if desired, you can treat yourself.
I recommend the place! It is suitable for cozy gatherings.

A wonderful evening in a cozy place. We ordered veal cheeks - the meat is tender and juicy. It is served on delicious mashed potatoes. They were washed down with a well-prepared cocktail. Dessert is fondue. Warm chocolate flows out onto raspberry confit and ice cream. It's very tasty! I recommend it to everyone! The service is decent. We thank both the chefs and the waiters.

I only go to lunch, since the waiting time for the main menu at lunchtime is 1.5 hours +, I could not try it out. Lunch is from 11 to 16 if I'm not mistaken. After 14, many dishes may not be available, so it's worth coming earlier🤷🏼♀️ Desserts, for example, sometimes may not appear at all all week, except for the first day, although they advertise on Instagram every day
The quality is excellent for its price, and the choice of dishes, I do not eat meat, and at least something can be chosen without, unlike other establishments, or fish
I like the water that is dropped for free, sometimes with lemon, sometimes with cucumber. But if a full landing at lunch is missing at least 4 jugs and glasses, I constantly wanted to go buy them and ask what the problem is? It may not be like this every day, but it often happens

I came to have lunch at this institution, I had not been here before. The interior is beautiful, everything is clean - it's nice to be there. They immediately told me to leave an order at the bar and go sit down, the lunch menu. As I understand it, the main thing is not provided at lunchtime?! Why then don't they report it. Oh well. I ordered borscht and mashed potatoes with cheeks. Everything was brought quickly. When the borscht was carried, it spilled on both sides, and the plate and the board and the table were dirty from this. The waiter didn't deign to clean it all up, I sat and wiped it with napkins myself. The borscht was good, but don't expect meat there)) The second one was brought as soon as I finished the first one. The beef cheeks were slightly singed, it had an unpleasant burning smell, but they themselves were very soft. I gave 17 rubles for the first and second, it was generally delicious. We went to a New Year's corporate party (only for small companies)!
The service was incredible: there were no sticks on the table, dirty napkins and dirty dishes, friendly staff!
The food is delicious, but the portions are too small!
A big plus is that due to the small number of tables, the queue for karaoke gets to you quickly, minus: there is little space for dancing

Could it be even worse? I was at a corporate party in this institution. This is the wildest service for 140 rubles with the program. The program itself is: 10 minutes of congratulations from the Characters and 10 minutes of a dull quiz from the Internet. And all this with a delay of at least an hour. Even the salads were not ready by the set time. The extra hot was served before the main one, which tasted questionable.: how can you spoil a chicken? Karaoke is a separate "song", the presenter did not do very well, but you can close your eyes to it as a whole. But the bathroom, which no one cleaned half the night from excess alcohol, is that even what? And I will not say that I am a picky person, before that there was my enthusiastic review here. As much as I was struck by the mess in the organization of literally everything in this institution. You've ruined everything that can be in a good evening, except the people and the mood.
I give 2 stars only for the fact that you can have an atmospheric tea in this place. But BEFORE karaoke and not during corporate events, obviously.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort, good attitude and, of course, the kitchen. I went to the lunch menu and in the evening, to the main menu. I liked everything, surprisingly. They have a very interesting feature - sliced carrots are served while you are waiting for an order. You're sitting there, gnawing. And after eating, they bring a glass of something, non-alcoholic and delicious, it looks like plum juice. In short, super. Keep up the good work! Thank you, I will definitely come to you again!

I was on the main menu earlier, everything was more or less fine. But this time we got to lunch, we decided to try it, not everything was available from the proposed menu. We made an order, after 15 minutes we asked the waiter how long to wait, the waiter said he would clarify and disappeared, after 5 minutes we asked another - the result is the same, as a result, after waiting 32!!! The minutes of the lunch menu received our lunch. It seems that the lunch menu involves a quick serving, and not the other way around. As a compliment, they offered coffee with them, they waited for another 15 minutes for coffee, they brought it in ordinary glasses…
The lunch itself was not bad
But the expectation.. the return of the main menu is faster, guys, at least warn about the long wait!

5 tables, one of them is ours. We're sitting together. 4 tables for one person. They forgot to bring salads - the response of the bartender at the checkout, to be honest, was shocking: "a lot of flow, the guys can't cope, they get confused." Yes, it's true, there is a queue. (Sarcasm)
Constructively. I understand everything, different shifts, different people, everything happens and everyone has flaws. But, if earlier there were only 1 out of 10 visits with quality questions. Now there are 9 out of 10 visits with questions. The quality of meals at lunchtime raises questions. Ants in lettuce, fricassee on Tuesday and Thursday - you won't find anything even close to common. How does it work? Does the recipe change all the time? Or the cook? If there are chefs, is there quality control? On the first photo of the fricassee on Thursday. On the second one on Tuesday.
It is very sad when this happens. The quality has dropped. Unfortunately, no one is fighting for it.

It's a good place.
Very pleasant and friendly staff who are happy to help you with your choice and attentive to the reaction of guests. There are very interesting menu items and they do not disappoint to taste. Amazing grapefruit tea and tinctures of our own production. Presents from the institution are also always pleasing. prices are at the level of other restaurants in Minsk and even slightly lower. There is little room inside for a large company, but the administrator assures the opposite. It is impossible to dance quietly, the staff is running around you, especially the tables at the toilet, where the staff room is next to it, the courtyard is simple. Food is not worth your money, for example, a salad with shrimp, almost 30p, for which you will get a bunch of leaves, 3 shrimp , a couple of tomatoes for the view and eggs.
There is no promised show program, you amuse yourself. The girl who runs the karaoke also managed to be rude at the end of the evening, although the guests simply did not understand her.

The tables were distributed in such a way that the toilet door constantly hit the back of a colleague sitting next to it. The waiters behaved rather strangely. There were a couple of unpleasant precedents that spoiled the festive mood and the overall feeling of the place. Karaoke and the girl who was responsible for it became the apogee (the whole evening there was a dismissive attitude, and at the end of the evening she decided to be openly rude, after which we got up, safely left and decided not to return to the "Guests" anymore))

Probably the worst place we've been in the last few years. The indicated waiting time for hot dishes is from one and a half hours, in fact, hot dishes were cooked for more than two hours. Also an interesting feature of the establishment is that the ingredients that a priori should go with the dish are sold separately as a separate option. For example, you will receive lemon for beef carpaccio for an additional fee, although the cost of the dish is higher than the average in the city. The staff is polite, there are no questions about the service, apparently the management of the institution has such a policy towards customers. I definitely do not recommend visiting!

The portions of the second and dessert have become much smaller - you can no longer get enough of them. At lunchtime, it happens that part of the menu is no longer available (far from one position disappears). Also, at lunchtime, you may be told that "waiting 30 minutes". The waiters stopped greeting each other (and the waiters also have a large turnover). Even with coffee, they try to deceive customers.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to see more human dishes on the menu, meat with potatoes, kebab with salads, various cuts for drinks, sushi, finally, there are not always burgers, so I walk around the area in the evening, a healthy man, hungry, I want to go eat hearty delicious Russian food but it is not on the menu, all sorts of red fish with broccoli for 30p per 200g per tooth, sandwiches are beautiful and so on. If the owner reads this comment, then do not be offended, I recommend doing the best, not as beautiful and fashionable, but as tasty and affordable, you have increased the flow of customers at times, this is an institution for a nanny with lips who will order beautiful sandwiches with a shampoo and will sit in a tick tock or Instagram with a smart the view.
