It's a great place if you don't mind the noise. We lived on the 2nd floor, the Windows faced the main street, cars drive around the clock. And there is a railway running behind, trains run exactly 2 times a day (morning, night). And so clean, beautiful, everything inside is necessary (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, stove), the only iron and ironing board on the floor. The sea is not far away, everything is nearby.
We are currently resting in Gagra. From 16.08
We stayed in this mini-hotel on the "drive from the street", that's what they call it. Our family travels by car and decided to stop in Abkhazia during their vacation in Sochi, so we did not have accommodation in advance. We stopped in Gagra and when leaving the store, a woman took us into circulation - let's go, I'll show you a super room, cheap and cool. We have nothing to lose, we agreed to look at it, but we rejected that room without a condom on the threshold, it's a torture chamber.
In an attempt to escape from two touts already, we were seduced by this mini-hotel, and even cheaper than what was shown.....and so we settled in to Visit the Caucasus, but what happened next was like in a bad movie.
We agreed to check in with the administrator and the hostess by phone, immediately paid on the spot for all the days before departure, when these two touts found out that the whole money issue was resolved without them, the pressure began and just knocking out money, like the day is more expensive, let's pay the hostess made a mistake, etc., shouted as if I was in a crowd of gypsies....honestly.....they were scared and wanted to run until the admin explained that they were waiting for a percentage of the deal, and we agreed directly with the hostess…
In general, miracles, but this is not the end.
The hostess spread her hands and left us for the amount that had already been paid and apparently these two worked for the hostess for a day, because the next day we were simply evicted from the room, referring to some kind of force majeure, anecdote!!!!! Finish!!!!
The hotel is short - the renovation is new, with flaws, but you can survive. The location is convenient, the kettle, mugs, etc. - everything is there, but in our room from the toilet it stank terribly of sewage, so much so that my child just vomited, very sensitive to smell, so after moving out we were glad!
The rest was cleaned up, things were dragged back and forth, they were looking for housing again. Well, such a thing!
There will be no recommendations. There is nothing to recommend.
A great new hotel in a convenient location, the sea, the market, cafes are all nearby. When checking in, my wishes were taken into account, thank you very much for this. Recommend 👌
