Great place! The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, with panoramic windows. There is everything you need: a mini fridge, air conditioning, kettle and dishes.
Wonderful staff, all friendly and caring, welcomed us like family and all days we felt like a family in the hotel)
Special thanks to the chefs for the food!
The dishes are varied and to choose from. Everything is delicious: soups, salads, hot dishes, and drinks.

We arrived with my husband in 2024 in August.
Positive:
1. Oksana, the good khoyzyaka, who met us and showed us everything
2. The staff is pleasant, friendly, always helpful
3. The room is clean, there is air conditioning, lots of towels, the bathtub is modern, there were only enough shelves for bathroom accessories, there is a kettle, TV, refrigerator, comfortable bed
4. There is a swimming pool, although we did not swim ourselves
5. We took only breakfast, everything was delicious at home, the food in the restaurant was also good, we were not hungry
6. There are shops, pharmacies and a market nearby
Minuses:
1. Since the hotel restaurant here very often plays loud music, karaoke, noisy, the most important MINUS
2. The electrician can't stand it and turns off the light
3. It happens that the water is turned off, you come from the beach in the afternoon and you can't even wash
4. The worst thing about the number is that scorpions and spiders crawled to us
5. Keep in mind during banquets, the waiters will not come to you right away, despite the fact that you have been living here for a week
6. There are few excursions, children will definitely be bored, and adults too

We were with the children in July 2024.
I really liked the hotel! Cleanliness, snow-white bed and towels, comfortable mattresses.
The hostess of the hotel is friendly, attentive, the staff is friendly, polite.
They fed us very tasty and satisfying! There is a swimming pool on site, a children's playground. It's not far to the sea on foot. There is a shop and a vegetable and fruit market nearby (very convenient).

Very warm and cozy atmosphere.
A magical place, the staff is friendly and courteous, the cuisine is very tasty and at reasonable prices, live music.

We had a rest in August 2023, we really liked the quiet, cozy hotel. How delicious the food is💖 The staff is polite, good-natured, responsive. The room is spacious, cleaning every day, towels were also constantly changed. A delicious and beautiful cocktail and apple strudel with ice cream were prepared for my birthday, it was very pleasant! It's not far to the sea, 800 meters, it didn't bother me to walk) Thank you for creating conditions for a calm and cozy rest.

The rooms are not bad. But, there is almost no normal staff. Everyone is "their own director". The staff does not meet, they do not really explain anything until you ask. And if you do, it's not a fact that they will answer the question. They do not cook according to the standard, but as it turns out. Twice - there was hair in the soup and in the salad, and when we ate, a cockroach ran along the wall. We saw him inside the closed hall, and on the street, where the open veranda also saw cockroaches.
There were problems in the bathroom with a shower, but no one fixed it during the rest. And the cleaning lady said that this is not the case in any of your rooms. There are also rooms where the shower holder is broken, but the payment is charged as it should be for a room with serviceable amenities. It would not hurt to install a lamp above the mirror in the bathroom. Dark.

We had a family vacation in July at this hotel. There's a restaurant downstairs. It is very tasty and beautiful. The rooms are good, but if you go here with a small child, it will not be comfortable, since the music plays loudly until 23 o'clock and it is unlikely that you will be able to sleep before that time.

It was very nice that we got a family room for the price of a double, we were very comfortable with a child, there is a playpen bed, everything is clean, towels and bedding, room cleaning 1 time in 3 days
Cons: Music plays loudly after 18:00, which prevents sleep; because of the rains, the electricity in the hotel is turned off, respectively, it will not be possible to charge the phone, the air conditioner does not work, the hair dryer also, and the kettle, you have to go to the toilet with a flashlight.
As for the food: not bad, but the choice of drinks was meager - feijoa compote and tangerine juice all the time, and they were as if fermented..
They caught rotovirus, I don't know from the sea or from food, it was a nightmare because of it, they barely flew home..
The beach is a separate topic, a lot of garbage, glass in the rocks, flies fly on the coast((

The hotel itself is not bad for Abkhazia.
Positive:
1.Large spacious room.
2.Clean and modern bathroom. There is a hairdryer and a heated towel rail.
3. Food options. Delicious.
4. There is Wi-Fi.
5. There is a small private territory near the hotel, in the evening you can sit.
6. There is a small complex for children.
Minuses:
1. There is no light all the time. Because of this, the air conditioner does not work, it is very tight without it in this heat.
2. Due to the lack of light, the water turns off.
3. Breakfast is late. Only at 9 a.m. There is little time left for swimming, because at 12 p.m. it was already hot outside.
4. It's a long way to the beach, the road to the beach is not very good, some kind of gullies.
5. The beach is dirty. It is not equipped with sun beds or umbrellas.

There are only positive emotions left from staying at this hotel. The rooms are modern and clean. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Kettle ,refrigerator,TV, hairdryer, towels, etc. Room cleaning whenever you want. You just need to put a sign on the door. The staff is very friendly. The food is varied and delicious. They provide a choice in advance. Three-course breakfasts. One of them is a delicious porridge. You can ask for more. But we were very full, which was enough. Since this is a hotel - restaurant, music plays after 18:00. Again, it didn't bother us. The repertoire is diverse. There is also live music. 7 minutes to the sea. It's up to the wild beach. But it suited us. If you like comfort , you can take a walk to another beach . There are sun beds and umbrellas. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to it.

I stayed at this hotel two years ago.
The hotel is clean and cozy. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day too.
The staff is polite, the hostess Oksana will tell you everything.
The food was good. Delicious cottage cheese for breakfast.
You won't stay hungry.
They offer juices of their own production for lunch. You can buy chacha from them, sweet wine, order a barbecue and sit in the summer garden.
There is a market and shops 2 steps away from the hotel.
The beach is 10 minutes away from the hotel

The hotel itself is on fire. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day. Everything is as it should be.There is a huge area on the street where you can sit and talk. There is not.the oldest playground.
The food is delicious.
For each adult, you can choose two breakfast dishes and a drink.
A huge disadvantage if you want to see Abkhazia. Then you have to go every time. Minimum 20 minutes (Gagra)
We caught 4 days of rain. We ran to neighboring places. To pitzunda 1 hour 10 minutes
To Athos 1, 40 .
If it's simple and inexpensive, you can get high here - the border is just around the corner.
If there are several places in one location, then choose new Athos (waterfall, church, castle, caves, everything can be reached on foot)

In mid-September, my friend and I were transferred to the Kavkaz Hotel temporarily due to problems in the room of the booked hotel. Although we were there for a short time, we were very satisfied with the service and cuisine. Wonderful staff, clean and cozy room, large swimming pool, kitchen beyond praise. Indeed, Caucasian hospitality!!!! Live music in the evening, lots of people, lots of fun!!!!

We stayed at the hotel in July 2022 with our family!
Not a big clean, cozy little hotel! Helpful staff, wonderful hostess💐
We went to the sea a little far (2-3 km to the "white stones") the sea is clean there! You can get closer, but we didn't like the beach and the sea is a little dirty.
The food was delicious (the food was included in the price). Porridge in the morning, just🔥💣
There is a market and a shop across the street! We bought fresh fruits and nuts!!
There was rotovirus, where could there be in Abkhazia without it!
The only big minus for me is the garbage next to the hotel, it was constantly burning, the stench is incredible!!! But it doesn't bother the locals)

The hotel is wonderful. We rested there in July for two years in a row. Everything was convenient for us: the location next to the market and the sea, close to the border, a lot of shops with Turkish goods. The staff was very polite, helped to navigate the village and the republic. The food is very good. And what kind of barbecue and what kind of fish John cooks!

The rooms are not bad. But for some reason, before checking in, they did not check the operation of the air conditioner, the kettle - they changed it to an analog from another room. There were problems in the bathroom with a shower. It would not hurt to install a lamp above the mirror in the bathroom. The hotel is clean, pleasant staff.

Hotel and accommodation: very large room , TV, split system, everything is fine. Cons the food is meager in the morning two spoonfuls of porridge on water, at lunch two potatoes soup is not even meat broth, in general, the kitchen does not correspond to the name "Guests of the Caucasus" there is nothing national. Separately, the locals are having fun until midnight, the decibels are off the scale! But most importantly, I have never eaten semolina porridge twice diluted with cold water and this is all against the background of rotavirus. I do not recommend it!!

This is a hotel for fairly tipsy restaurant customers who can't walk home, but not for people flying here thousands of kilometers beyond the sea and on vacation. And it's hard to call it a restaurant: from 19 o'clock they turn on the music of the repertoire of beach cafes to the fullest. And since the installed capacity for appliances and devices in this institution does not provide for the simultaneous operation of both the restaurant and the rooms with tourists, the electricity in the rooms is turned off-sometimes until the morning. Watch the locals having fun. At the expense of food, everything is very simple without frills and without pastries and fruits: breakfasts are delicious, dinners are not, in the evenings, after all, custom-made customers. Our resorts are better!!!

We had a vacation with a friend in September 2022. I liked everything very much: the room is large, clean with a large window overlooking a shady courtyard. The room has two beds with orthopedic mattresses, a sofa, a large wardrobe, a TV, air conditioning, sockets are quite enough and they are conveniently located. The bathroom is comfortable, clean with ventilation and a heated towel rail. Room cleaning, change of linen and towels are carried out regularly. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat relatively inexpensive. We ordered breakfast for the entire stay and did not regret it, because the portions were large, delicious and varied. The staff of the hotel and restaurant is one big friendly family, all very friendly, responsive and professional. I would especially like to mention the maid Rimma and the brazier. Thanks to the hostess of the hotel Oksana Viktorovna for her hospitality and caring attitude to her business, and to the hotel staff for a friendly and warm welcome. We had a great time.

Excellent conditions. Excellent hostess, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and everything is working properly. Huge room, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The room is cleaned daily, upon request, the bed linen was replaced without problems (the child got dirty).
On the ground floor there is a restaurant with excellent cuisine. A good Playground, clean and well-groomed territory. 10 minutes from the sea, a quiet walk, near the market.
I recommend it and I would have stayed more myself.

We took a tour for 8 nights and 7 days with three meals a day. Accommodation more or less.The room is spacious, the double bed leaves much to be desired - these are two beds connected into one. The food is disgusting, for the money that was paid for the ticket, you can have a good rest in Russia on the Black Sea coast, and just buy an excursion to Abkhazia and at the same time not catch any rotovirus infection

On the territory there is a Playground, in the evenings a disco with live music!
5-7 minutes to the sea, there is also a market and a square nearby.
