I can't even convey all the disappointment of visiting this institution.
The very first thing was when I went on the terrace and walked between the tables, no one paid attention to me, and until I went up to the waiters myself and asked where I could stay, probably no one would come up to me.
Then the waiting began: twice I asked for the menu, then I caught the waiter to take the order.
I immediately asked for water, a glass of beer and a beer snack, so as not to starve while cooking hot.
By the way, the hot dish was said to cook for 40 minutes.
From the whole list, the waiter brought only a glass of beer and that's it.
Then I sat for 30 minutes without a snack for this beer, trying in vain to stop at least some waiter, and when I managed to pick up some girl, I asked to invite the administrator.
But during the time I was sitting, the receptionist did not come up.
Here they bring me a hot dish and tell me that the appetizer for the beer that I have already drunk will be ready soon.
I ask the waiter why I need a beer snack already, if a hot dish has been brought and I have already finished the beer.
He shrugged his shoulders and said that it was impossible to refuse.
As a result, it turns out that you can still refuse.

A great place to have a good time. The food is delicious, the chefs take their place for a reason. We liked everything we took, and these were soups, snacks, and hot dishes. I note that the sauce for snacks is made from sour cream, and not from mayonnaise, like many, because of this it is lighter and does not overload the dish. I recommend trying mushroom cream soup in bread and salmon steak with vegetables, Caesar salad is also good. But I did not like the unfiltered light beer of their production, there is an unpleasant note in it for me, either it tastes like medicine, or something else, but here it is a matter of personal taste. Non-alcoholic Pinot Colada is also prepared in the "Guests", our teenager was just happy, because not every place cooks it, but he really likes it. I would like to mention the staff, all very nice people and do everything to make the guests comfortable. I heartily recommend "Guests" to all guests of Grodno, and to local residents too.

We ordered borscht, second courses and tea. Borscht is normal, although I didn't like the meat, it's not so good. The second courses were waiting and waiting, it turned out that they forgot about us, as a result, they brought almost cooled pancakes. The pancakes are not fried: the potatoes are grated on a coarse grater, the pancakes themselves are thick, fried on top, inside are half-cooked potato fibers. It doesn't taste good. Tea tastes like some kind of stale product, a feeling that it's just old tea. The order was taken by one person, the dish was brought by another, which is why the staff is in a mess.
On the plus side: they apologized to us for the delay of the second courses and gave us two portions of dessert as a bonus.

We visited this restaurant on 23.04. We ordered chicken sausages with baked potatoes. We waited 40 minutes, after which they brought us cold sausages floating in cold broth (which is not mentioned in the menu at all) with cold potatoes. When asked why the dish is cold after 40 minutes. while waiting, the waitress (a dark-haired girl with a long ponytail) could not answer anything intelligible, offered to warm up in the microwave or a compliment - ice cream or cheesecake - after sausages with beer (she did not think to apologize). We refused. A 10% discount was reluctantly offered. Then it turned out that the bread that was served with the dish smelled of mold. We were very hungry, so we ate some of the bread. Artem, the administrator, was invited (just an anti-intrusion for the restaurant), who is absolutely unable not only to handle such situations, but in principle to be responsible for service and quality. Artyom also didn't think to apologize and announced that they had a full boarding (is this a guest problem?). When asked to familiarize himself with a piece of bread that was served to the guests in a restaurant called "Guests," Artyom also refused. He promised a discount, but he gave a discount to only one person out of three, explaining that the rest (attention!) The bread was finished. We stared at him in complete shock, unable to believe our ears. Next, the icing on the cake: the waitress raised her voice again (again not thinking to apologize): Well, here's yours (attention!) the requested discount, what else? And the administrator Artyom, smiling maliciously, in response to my comment that I would leave a review, noticed: Well, before you start writing a review, I'm off... Well, what can I say? The staff is unsuitable (especially the administrator), the cuisine is tasteless, including beer, which is positioned as branded. The attitude towards the guests is disgusting (probably, they simply forgot about our order and remembered only after 40 minutes, pouring cold sausages with cooled broth - maybe it will roll). Moreover, the prices in the restaurant are clearly above average - for what? We recommend walking around this place a kilometer away.

We were at lunch on 09/27/2024 at this institution as part of an excursion. Upon arrival, there were already plates of soup on the tables. There is no soup - water and noodles with carrots. After that, they brought out a plate of "assorted": the most ordinary salad with cabbage, carrots and onions; a piece of chicken baked with cheese and a couple of spoonfuls of barely warm mashed potatoes, hardened like after the refrigerator - it doesn't taste at all, not salty, not a gram of milk and butter. And in addition to this, there was some kind of incomprehensible diluted drink - either mors or compote - some kind of sweetened water. This food is clearly not for a "restaurant", as they position themselves, even in canteens they feed better… Of all this, the most normal thing was a piece of chicken. After such a lunch, there was a good sediment left. In general, it would be good to give a choice of dishes - as they do in other establishments. Well, or at least it was possible to give something national instead of incomprehensible potatoes and salad - the same pancakes, for example. And then lunch would have been much more enjoyable.
