Excellent rooms, everything you need, far from the center, but quiet and comfortable. Nearby there is a canteen, a cafe and a shop. Reasonable prices, parking is available

If you came to Brest for a few days, visit the sights, take a walk around the neighborhood and you did not plan to spend time in a hotel room, then here you will find what real travelers need.
My wife and I visited Belarus for the Christmas holidays. We did not book accommodation in advance, until recently we were worried that the trip would not take place. Therefore, when we arrived in Brest, we noticed a little trouble for ourselves. Apartment rentals increased by 30-50%.
After a lot of phone calls and searches, we accidentally came across an ad for guest rooms, the cost of which was several times cheaper than the rest of the offers. We called and clarified the prices, everything was confirmed. We arrived, looked at it and settled in without hesitation.
Everything you need is in the room, the shower and toilet are clean, towels are available, new furniture, mattresses and bed linen are new and clean, the room is warm, the refrigerator is new and working, there is a TV, WI-FI is flying.
One not unimportant plus is the production canteen of the Hephaestus plant in the next room. It works from 10-00 to 20-00. We went to breakfast, the assortment is more than sufficient. Parking for vehicles (in fact) is guarded.
On the downside, we didn't have enough electric kettle in the room. Returning in the evening, I wanted to drink tea before going to bed. I can't name any more disadvantages. We are very lucky to have found such a place.
Many thanks to the administration for moving in early in the morning, at no additional cost.

It's very simple, cute and cozy. Nice fresh renovation. And very cheap prices, and next to the dining room with a work schedule until 20:00

Cheap, maybe.
It's almost clean. Ants don't count, they're just picking up crumbs from the floor.
There is nothing nearby except the dining room.
Hot water can be rusty.
There is a kettle and a microwave for all rooms, while there is no lighting at night! A flashlight to help.
