We stayed with Yuri Trofimovich in August 2024. This vacation was the best. My daughter and I really liked it, it was a great house, big, clean, and cozy. And what a terrace, it's huge, early in the morning it's very pleasant to drink tea with hot pancakes and freshly brewed fig jam, and admire the azure sea and mountains.Yuri Trofimovich is a very hospitable, good-natured, interesting conversationalist.The sea is nearby, the view from the house is amazing, and everything is wonderful there. Yuri Trofimovich, we are grateful to you, we will definitely come again.All the best to you.

Gorgeous sea view!!! Leaving the beach with regret on the way leading uphill with a small steep segment to the guest house, it always warms the thought that now you will come to the guest house with spacious verandas from where this magnificent view of the sea opens and you will never miss the beautiful sunset, of course with a prepared table). Yuri Trofimovich (the owner of the house) is always interested in whether there are any problems and therefore you feel cared for and always sure that in case of any questions you have, there is someone to turn to. For example, he makes his own good wine, which is pleasant to drink in good company with small sips, looking at the picturesque sunset). Rooms are available for different requests of tourists, the shared kitchen also has everything for cooking and storing food, but I recommend buying a microwave for easy quick heating. Since the house is located on the mountain, all the noise from the night resort of Gagra remains below. And in the morning, after getting enough sleep, the way to the sea is easy and fast and you do not notice how you find yourself in the arms of the warm sea again. If I happen to go to the sea again, then I know that I have 1 hundred percent win-win option!

Rested in August 2023. We rented the whole two-storey house for two families. We liked EVERYTHING!! The view is just fire!!! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: TV, refrigerator, kitchen on each floor. There was always water, even when the pump broke down at the city station. Yuri Trofimovich is a very kind and responsive host. I recommend it!!!
