The manager behaves like this :
1. When I first booked the house, I began to clarify what is there and what is not, because there is no information in the description. I received the answer: "Do not confuse, this is a guest house, not a 5–star hotel ." I explained that I do not pretend to have luxurious conditions, I just need to understand whether to take, say, a hairdryer, slippers, a bathrobe, towels, hygiene products, etc. or whether it's all there.
2. They asked me when I would arrive. I replied that it was approximately between 12 and 14h, because we were going to the pool, and I did not know the exact time. I was told that no problem, the staff would be aware. As a result, when we appeared at about one -thirty, a frustrated woman was waiting for us , who was told to meet us at 12 , and we were the only family for that day, she came for us, I was very embarrassed in front of her , and meanwhile it was the manager who introduced the misinformation
3. I was going to pay with a card. The manager said it was possible .In fact, it turned out that he had an old terminal, to which you cannot attach a phone, but you need to insert a card. I had two. For some reason, one did not work (although everything was fine with it in other stores), and I asked the second one to split the payment so as not to remember the pin, but there was such a weak Internet connection that it did not work. The manager claimed that such Internet is everywhere in the country, but this is not so: there was excellent Internet in the cafe With the taste of the same city, and then in the Tavern in Izubritsa too! Then I just left the rubles in the amount indicated by the Island – 2,790 rubles .
4. The manager later requested 500 rubles more. I refused. Then he told me to take back the 2790 and go to the bank myself to change the money. I wanted to do this so as not to swear and postponed it until the morning. But in general, I do not consider it normal to drive guests through banks
5. In the morning, the same employee came and gave me rubles to go to the bank. But my child badly injured his arm and we had to have an X-ray in Yanino, before the doctors' lunch break. I wanted to make it anyway, so I went to the bank. Both banks had long-term transactions , and I couldn't waste half an hour. I came back and said that I did not agree, that I was leaving 2790 as I should, and was leaving. My morning was spent instead of coffee with cheese in running, racing around the city and nerves!
6. The employee called the manager, explained the situation, but he asked me to answer the phone and started yelling verbatim: "Why did you come here without money at all, and in general, I will write to you." This is too much! I have the right to pay as it suits me, and if he has an old terminal and a bad provider, then this is a problem! I had money on two cards and rubles! His statement that I came without money and generally speaking in such a tone is unacceptable! Moreover, he knew that I had a child with a suspected fracture and I needed to go to the hospital! . I told the woman that I was leaving 2790 and leaving. And that I will write a review too . She gave it to him over the phone, and he agreed. The question is , why couldn 't it be done right away ? The morning , the mood and the holiday are ruined . I was already worried about the baby! In my picture of the world, they help their guests, not yell at them! This is the first time I've seen this.

I liked the house very much, and the view of the river, and the comfort , and the equipment of the kitchen, bath. It was very pleasant to spend the night there. I try to keep good memories in my memory, despite the attitude of the manager.
