We had a rest from July 25 to July 4, 2024.One plus is that the sea is beyond the kolitka and that's it. The room has a small TV and the channels are hanging, the refrigerator is small, the next day it flowed. The window is without a mosquito net, you need to take a mosquito repellent with you, if you sleep with the window open, there is air conditioning, but the rattle is terrible. The bathroom, the shower is all in a raid, the curtain is constantly falling off. The bed is tin, the mattress is full of springs, it is impossible to sleep. They haven't cleaned up once in all 10 days. There are ants crawling everywhere in the room, so it's better to store food in containers.To wash things, you need to pay 250 rubles for it. The food in the dining room is not delicious, it is better to eat in cafes or other canteens.

We rested from September 20-27, 2024. The sea nearby is the only +.
The hospitality of the hosts is absent, as well as the comfort of the rooms. Dirt is everywhere, bed linen is not stretched, wet, plumbing is running, everything is rusty, mattresses and pillows are just ....... The air conditioner is hanging for show, even if the dust was shaken off, maybe it started working.
The cooking is disgusting, and the dishes are washed by the same name.

We had a rest in September from the 11th to the 20th, well, that's it... I do not recommend it!!! The advantages are proximity to the sea, shops, all the amenities in the room (except the shower curtain)... For 10 days of rest, they never cleaned the room, no one met them, they ate in the dining room 1 time, it's just disgusting, eggs and pizza have been lying since the evening, cold, windswept... Breakfast is written from 8.00, we came, they told us that nothing was ready yet, I did not see lunches and dinners at all, we ate in the dining room nearby. Although when I booked, we were told that there would be a specific menu for the day. The kebab maker has never been seen.The smell of dampness in the room. The impression is unpleasant. Do not go to this house, there is much better nearby!
