To be honest, we were afraid to go looking, suddenly we won't find it, but here we "miss" .. there wasn't much time and we were tired of the road ... Although, after reading all the pros and cons, we had to prepare, of course)) Everyone, of course, expects from the rest what they want to expect. We were going to the sea, to the sun... We were only at home to sleep, swim and eat.. You will buy up in your bathtub, you will sleep on your beds, and you will do everything else in your apartment, in your beautiful city ... (this means that something is bothering someone).. It's just that when you go on vacation, you choose!!! After all, no one imposes!!! There are 100 houses, you can choose better or, conversely, more economically ... It is better to view at least photos and reviews in advance, of course..and to write out for yourself what to pay attention to... unfortunately, we did not do so🤦♀️ Cooking on the territory will not work, there is no stove, so eating is a canteen. It's very!!!inconvenient... You can't even make coffee. Who is with children - it can be said - is unacceptable!! Porridge in the dining room is not based on milk, but on a substitute.. I'm shooting a star for this..I'm sorry.. actually, there are rooms here, I don't see the point in booking in advance, to be honest. The music from the cafe is really very loud..but until 23:00.. But, this is the center... and the neighbors can be heard..but, this is not a capital brick house...You can hear everything in the apartments !!!but what a plus - the tree smells dry even of wood (and, sometimes it stinks of dampness and mold in brick and beautiful) dining room, really!!! cool 👍- right across the street... I would also add a hair dryer to the services. Like an iron or a kettle, at least 1 per floor ... I forgot this time and the inconvenience immediately..She didn't walk well-groomed🤦♀️🙃 And a couple of towels should be added: for the face and 1 more (1 towel per person was given - this is very inconvenient)... It seems to me that there should be no problems with this - it is expendable..still, we pay for housing - not a small amount !!! I do not agree with those who write that you need to use a dispenser, not a soap dish to put on a shelf ... I think that there should be amenities, and we vacationers will choose!!! The dispenser also needs to be put on something..indeed, you need to open the shower stall and reach for the same, by the way, dispenser - I did it)) Oh, by the way..Always on the floor!!! water from bathing..I don't know why..either it flowed from the pipe, or from the cabin.. In general, the disadvantages are years earlier, I look, and not much has been fixed ... But it's better not to think about it, otherwise the rest will be spoiled🙃 I don't know if we'll come again or not, but we're talking Thank you ALL!!!! And Irina, and Leon, and Inga, the assistant - special thanks ... Still, I suggest you pay attention to the CONS..and add what people write: shelves.. etc . We have just returned from Abkhazia, we were vacationing with 2 children"Irina has" almost 10 days, booked back in March. 1) Regarding the rooms and amenities, I will say this: if you need chic and luxury, then look for something else so that you will not be disappointed later. And for us, the price / convenience / location ratio was a priority, and we really liked Irina's place: simple, clean, tidy, has everything you need. 2) there were no bedbugs or other living creatures in sight, 3)clean, linen and towels were changed without problems 4) the air conditioner worked a little bit noisily, but it was great, we slept in the cool 5) Mattresses and pillows are quite soft 6) the attitude of the hosts was very pleasant, I don't know how to whom, but we were very satisfied. On the 2nd day, my daughter caught rotovirus, so Irina herself called us a taxi to the Gagra hospital and advised us who to contact, as a result, my daughter recovered quickly and the rest was not spoiled. 7) the kettle and refrigerator are really alone on the floor, but they used it without any problems, because they spent a little time in the room 8) the only thing that marred the rest a little was the creaking floors of the upper floor (we lived on the 2nd floor), the creaking was very loud and it was possible to fall asleep only when they lay down from above. Next time we'll take a room on the 3rd floor so that no one creaks above us😃 And I also want to suggest: maybe it's worth adding some garlands or local lighting on the floors? Then evening gatherings on the terraces would be magical in general)) In general, I would like to thank the hosts Irina and Leon for their hospitality, warm attitude and a successful vacation! We will definitely come again! This is the first place where the children did not want to leave)
