We had a vacation in August 2022. Me and the child are 3 years old. Hosts Angela and Andrey ❤ Very cool and good-natured people. Pay attention to the location of your room, I agree that some rooms are poorly located. I immediately want to refute the fact that the rotovirus was caught (from those who wrote below) in this place. Everyone is sick and you have to be prepared for this. All sorts of "sticks" are most likely water in the sea. Regarding electricity, alas and ah, this is the problem of the district itself. As for insects, stock up on raptors, it saved us for everything 💯 our room was on the second floor, air conditioning, cold, TV - everything works. It's clean, the linen is changed when you ask. Nearby there are good canteens, a nedopyaterochka store, a market, a dolphinarium, a water park, attractions and more. All the disadvantages that could have been blocked by two trips to the mountains with Andrey 🔥 Mamzdyshkha mountain, shish kebab, chacha, cheese straight from the fire. It was cool)

My daughter and her mother were vacationing in this guest house. I booked a room in advance and ordered a transfer. I was very worried, because I was not with them myself, and there are certain problems with communication (roaming). But everything went well. They were met in Adler, after they crossed the border, the driver immediately provided a phone so that they could call me and inform me that they had crossed the border. My guests were warmly welcomed at the guest house. Gayana is a very friendly and hospitable hostess. Many thanks to her for her responsiveness. There is a family friend in the house, Suren. He conducted many excursions for my family, for which I also thank him very much. My daughter, and she has something to compare it with, said that everything in the house and in the yard is very decent (for this price category), the sea is just around the corner.
