Everything is fine in this guest house!!!We had a rest in July and August. The housewives are excellent, attentive, they will always tell you everything. A good Mongol recreation area. Clean shared kitchen. The sea is 10 minutes away at a slow pace. Everything is nearby, shop, market, pharmacies. The rooms may not be large, but what do we need as a tourist ..... To flop down to sleep and go back to the sea, excursions.... Abkhazia, like the guest house, is in our hearts❤❤❤❤❤❤❤we will definitely come back again and again. With love, your guests!!! 🥰🥰🥰

We had a rest in the State Duma "Svetlana" in July 2024 And this is our first visit to Abkhazia. Of course, we were lost when choosing a holiday format: a hotel or a house, Gagra or Athos, etc... We stumbled upon the State Duma "Svetlana" by accident. We didn't have any recommendations from the outside. We wrote off, the hostess Rosa is just a miracle! I promptly gave all the information by numbers, by distance to the beach, where to eat, where to drink, where and how to go, in general, a complete educational program! In general, I strongly recommend listening to what Rosa advises and suggests. This saved us from failure in trips on excursions, with her light hand we drove on a difficult tour in the very first days of the vacation and then we were very grateful, because later someone got sick, someone burned, someone ate the wrong thing... We wouldn't have gathered in a bunch later. Everything in the house is thought out in terms of everyday life, comfortable, clean, there were no interruptions with water. Washing, ironing, drying - everything is organized perfectly! In general, I like when such an approach is disciplined, systematic, as in this guest house. This, of course, is Rosina's merit. She knows how to organize everything in such a way that guests are not a hindrance to each other, and the house is in order everywhere. So, if you are not looking for a noisy, sloppy vacation, but are traveling with a family, or a quiet company, then feel free to book the GD "Svetlana", you will not lose!

The house is just great. I don't look at the general
the kitchen, in which each room has its
own drawers and shelves. It is very comfortable. There is a large
swimming pool, but it is possible to buy only until 20:00,
but it did not bother us. The cleanliness
is being monitored. Evenings were spent on the territory
cheerfully and without comments. Everything is done for
