We had a rest here with a large company of 12 people in early August 2024.
The house has been freshly renovated, everything is clean and cozy. The bed linen is clean and not washed, there are two towels for each person - this will be recorded as a plus😊 There is a bathroom on each floor, an additional shower and toilet are made on the street in a separate building, which turned out to be useful for a large company. There is also an equipped kitchen for self-catering. On the second floor of the kitchen there is a large gazebo with a magnificent view of the sea, where we often spent time, had lunch and dinner. There were days when, during morning coffee, we watched dolphins swimming in the sea. The area is all green, with fruit trees.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly Irina Vladimirovna, she told us everything and showed us. And throughout the whole vacation, she was in touch with us, answered any of our questions, told us about the excursions we were interested in.
But the biggest advantage of the house is its location. Living in close proximity to the sea is a thrill🤩 I woke up before everyone else, poured myself a cup of coffee, went out to the sea and enjoyed the moment💙 At any time, I decided to go to the sea, came out of the fence and you are already at sea🤭
The beach here is pebbly, there are stones in the sea too, coral slippers were saved. It was hard to walk on pebbles without them. I would like to note a huge plus: there are not a huge number of people on the coast, each company rests / sunbathes separately. No one bothers anyone🤗
There is also a cafe where you can relax, have a drink or eat. His hostess is also a friendly and pleasant woman. We often ordered khachapuri for breakfast from her, and also bought delicious homemade wine🤭
In general, everyone was satisfied with the rest in this house. If you, like us, are going to beautiful Abkhazia with a large company, then feel free to go to the guest house Sofia🤗

Recently we had a rest in this beautiful place again) Silence, beauty, and what is especially pleasant, a small number of people around)) Sukhum is next to each other, we went to Ochimchira and Tkuarchal, in contrast, after these places Gagra and other places packed with Russian tourists seem terribly uncomfortable.

We rested recently for the first time in this house. We were very well received, very hospitable and friendly. I liked everything very much. The sea is nearby, a few steps away, quiet, cozy and good. Sukhum is very close, the market, the sights, everything is available. The children, most importantly, are very happy. We really hope that this is not the first and not the last time we have rested in this house. Thank you so much to the lovely women who keep an eye on this house!!!🤗🥰
