We stayed at the Sali guest house in July 2024 for 9000 rubles/day for three people. Pros: a great room with a new renovation, everything is clean, spacious, the sofa is folding. 100m to the sea, 30m to the shop and pharmacy, room cleaning every other day, but towels are not changed. The TV is on the android system, but since the wi-fi in our room caught very poorly - there is not a single channel, we could not even install the tv24 application, because there is simply not enough Internet speed, in fact, it turns out there is no TV! And everything would be fine, for 4+, if not a huge minus: you can't book a room WITHOUT food. I was forced to have breakfast and lunch in the dining room. I couldn't imagine a worse dining room, they feed people ice-cold food, only the soup was hot. How can you eat iced pasta or rice? The cutlets are burnt, already black, chicken soup and borscht without meat. I have not seen a single satisfied person who would eat with an appetite in this terrible, stuffy dining room! The money was paid for two meals a day, and it's impossible to eat, so we just didn't go there.

Last year we organized our "Family Camp" Visiting Pippi" at the Sali Hotel.
We couldn't refuse the perfect combination of price and quality of rooms, home cooking, accessibility to the sea, a grove with relict pines, all the necessary infrastructure around and a stunningly beautiful beach this year.
We plan to hold our "Family Camp" next year at this hotel.
PS: by the way, the general photo (see above), where there are many adults and children, just from our family event at the hotel:
a wonderful family of musicians (with 4 of their children) have been coming to us for the 2nd year and giving us cozy concerts.
I thank the owners of the Sali Hotel for always meeting us halfway, for their understanding and warm welcome.

A good place to relax. Ldzaa village, Pitsunda district. The sea is gorgeous, the beach is pebbles and pines. I'll come back again. Double rooms + pull-out sofa. Clean, renovated, there is Parking.

Of course, it's not far from the sea, but the service is not very good, the Internet does not work all the time, the TV also depends on the Internet, the interstory bulkheads are made of wood, the neighbors from above can be heard perfectly as well as you, plus a cheerful morning from the trampling from above in the morning early, the cleaner comes and breaks into the room early in the morning, in general, to sleep It won't work!!! The kitchen is certainly not bad - they cook almost like at home, but if lunch, dinner or breakfast, God forbid, is not included in the price of the hotel, for one meal for two, having come to dump at least a thousand, all the furniture and doors of the first floor did not change after the flood (swollen from water), respectively, the toilet door does not close, the bed creaks at the slightest breeze and so on, a hotel for pensioners is just the thing!!! The most beautiful place in this guest house is the reception and the photo in the description)!And with all this, the price tag for a decent day, in general, it is better to rent a room or a house on the second line at hotels with a good rating and fresher.

Good afternoon. The most terrible was the stay in this guest house. at the end of September 2024.The food just sucks. It's almost the same thing every day. Nick the cockroach is in the room. We moved out earlier. No one returned the money, they said move those next to the room. It makes sense if the neighbors say they have the same nightmare.. The managers of the guest house are rude, arrogant. If you don't like it, you said leave. If this is a problem for you. In addition to the cockroach, they scream from 7 in the morning, figs that people are sleeping. There are no doors, everything is in the cracks. We had a room like in a new building, they took the most expensive one and it turned out to be a cockroach, what can we say about the old rooms. There was a reception desk next to us, there was a sofa there. So they'll all sit there and snort at 7 a.m. about their millions. People, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not consider renting a guest house Sali. We have been going to ldzaa for 5 years, we have not met such an attitude and a madhouse anywhere else!!!

Honestly, I have never done this in my life before. This is the most terrible vacation after we stopped in Sali, the sewer constantly stank in the room in the dining room, they caught an infection and did not climb off the pot and then they turned off the water so we had to go or rather run to the beach to the public toilet. And when I found out that there is a well in every yard and there can be no interruptions with water, I was shocked. I resolutely went to the hostess and to which I heard the answer fiii think for 2 days there is no water, well, tomorrow we will do it. Honestly, this is not all that happened there, I assure you I am a military man who is used to it, but for 8000 a day we made such problems there in a week that we are still cleaning!

The house is well cleaned every other day, the food in the dining room is varied. The territory is small, but well maintained. The only drawback is a power outage and Internet connection. The staff will always help.

Dear vacationers, we rested from 09/28/24 to 10/3/14 at the Sali Hotel. The hotel is disgusting, all the ratings, only the cons are not there. The rooms are terribly dirty and not cozy. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Nice guest house! Wonderful hosts, cozy rooms. It has its own dining room. The girls try their best, even in conditions when the light goes out. The food is homemade and delicious. The girl at the distribution is very nice and always with a smile, very friendly. My family and I want to return to this hotel again.

You still have to go to the reception to get toilet paper. Cleaning is also only on request, there is no soap, only soapy water. The bed creaks from any movement, the door to the bathroom does not move at all because it is hung so low that the floor prevents it. No one's TVs work, the Internet is so bad that it was difficult to send a message to the messenger. You should not visit the local canteen, there is unsanitary conditions. In addition, the staff at the distribution is so intimidated by the hostess that guests with paid meals are afraid to put extra. Everything is being implemented: yesterday's and the day before yesterday, the food is worth it until it sells out. I do not recommend this place for living and eating, and the village itself is excellent.
