A very hospitable host, will solve any question, will tell you. The rooms are nice and spacious, but we had a small standard - it's sooo expensive for this price. Renting a house in Thailand is cheaper! The breakfasts are good, there is always something to choose from. We usually had lunch at the nearest white cafe on Bergu. It is tasty and relatively normal in terms of prices. Sun beds on the coast are free. Beach towels are provided in hotels. Minus * for the price!

A good hotel for the price of 100 bucks/day.
The first line from the sea, a quiet, well-maintained area (compared to the center of Kobuleti).
A Russian-speaking adequate owner. Normal breakfasts, there is a small swimming pool in case of stormy weather. It is better to take rooms with a sea view so as not to hear the road.
The rooms, of course, are not particularly comfortable. At least for those who are used to Turkey, Thailand, etc. But in Georgia, comfort starts at $300, so it's generally normal.

This summer we had a rest in the Georgian resort town of Kobuleti, at the Saba hotel. The location is the best, a hotel with a swimming pool, within walking distance of the sea. The service is completely absent, the rooms have never been cleaned, the breakfast is very poor. If the owner asks to cancel the reservation under the pretext of "I will give you a discount", do not agree, it will be more expensive

A great option for a stop in Kobuleti. The hotel is located on the first coastline, and if you are lucky with a room, then you will be provided with beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts. During my vacation there, I was poisoned by something, and the owners offered some kind of syrup for poisoning. I drank it, and the next day I was healthy. In the morning, a huge and delicious breakfast will be waiting for you. We had breakfast, and then we didn't have the strength to have lunch). By the way, the owners live in the same hotel. In general, I can recommend this option from the bottom of my heart to stop).

Good afternoon. We were from 07.09.22 to 17.09.22. For this money, it's disgusting. I'll start with a good one. The guest house is located almost on the first line, relatively new, there is a swimming pool on site, there is Parking. Now about the bad stuff. It seems to me that guest houses cannot have stars. It is unclear who gave them as many as four. When checking in via Booking, the host asks to cancel the reservation and makes a discount. To be honest, I fell for it. And in vain. I can't leave a review on the Booking now. That's probably what it's designed for. Only the owner speaks Russian, you don't have to ask about English. Breakfast is from 10 to 11, almost lunch. Breakfast compared to 4 other hotels for two. There are no light snacks, no cereals, no eggs and amlets, breakfast is really like lunch. All dishes are seasoned with local spices. Which is not well received by everyone. The coffee machine broke down on the third day, and before that, the cook poured coffee with a wet hand. Although you can safely pour it out of a pack.There is a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, there is no partition between the shower and the rest of the room, water is all over the floor. There is no outlet for the water drain in the shower. We bought a water scraper at the market. There is simply no foot towel. There are no slippers. There is no kettle in the room, as well as mugs and glasses. Room cleaning needs to be requested. WiFi is only present as an icon on the phone screen. The TV is hanging on the hay so that you can only watch it at an angle of 45 degrees, even from the bed, even from the sofa. The walls are cracked, the sofa and armchairs are stained with spilled drinks. In general, I do not recommend it. Three couples moved to other hotels with us. We stayed because I didn't want to look for another hotel and pack my things back, and because we traveled a lot. The attitude of the owner and the staff at the departure.is. Before that, I lived over the fence in a beautiful hotel for three years. I decided to change the traditions and got involved.

The price is like 4 stars, the service level is cheap 2.
The decoration of the rooms is the cheapest. Smells in the bathroom.
Breakfast from 10 to 11 (!!!!!) and there's nothing to eat there.
The hotel is on the outskirts, there is nothing nearby at all. The center is 4 km away by taxi.
$85 per night is too much for this place.
