The guest house is located a 7-minute drive from New Athos, close to the highway. For accommodation, they offer a hotel (sea view, everything is comfortable in it and good sound insulation), a guest house with 3 rooms (sea view, everything necessary for living is available, but repairs are required) and houses.
There is a kitchen on site with everything you need for cooking. If desired, you can eat in a cafe or canteen nearby. The hostess Sabina is a very pleasant girl, responsive to all requests🙏 You can buy excursions and transfers from her.
The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is not equipped. This has its advantage. The guest drm is suitable for those who like a secluded holiday. It seems to me that there is nothing to do with children. All the shops and entertainment and attractions in New Athos.

We had a great rest, the place was good, the owners Roman Sergeevich and his wife Sabina were superbly welcomed, pleasant to communicate with, hotel rooms for every taste. The kitchen has all the dishes, two microwaves, a gas stove, two refrigerators plus in each room, we liked it, we lived in early June. The sea is 5-6 minutes away . a minibus to Sukhum 200 rubles per person went, a taxi to Mount Athos 200-350 rubles, as agreed. The sea is pebbles with fairly large stones under water, in places there is sand on the beach.

I liked everything! The hosts Roman and Sabina are friendly, welcoming people! The room has a good, fresh renovation. Beds with good hard mattresses. Refrigerator, air conditioning are working.

Everything is wonderful! I recommend it to everyone! The owners will always tell you , tell you . Nearby the beach is sandy and with small pebbles. There are many places where you can eat delicious food. The store is across the street. Everyone over here!

Very cozy houses, at first we booked 3 days, but then we decided to stay here for the whole vacation.
Very nice, understanding hosts, on the first day they got into the situation and settled us at night, and not at 14:00, for which thank you very much)
