Excellent location,
friendly staff.
Clean, cozy rooms. There is its own fenced area, its own summer kitchen.
The lake and the beach are within walking distance, 3 minutes on foot. There are cafes and attractions on the beach.
Parking spaces are provided.

The rooms are clean. The prices are affordable. The staff is attentive. There is a catering option at the hotel. The food is decent. The only downside is that the music and noise from the beach reaches the rooms until one or two in the morning.

The guest house "Parus" , and in the picture a bar from the coast "Golden Sands". I can rate the work of this bar at 4, because for too long, yes, you can say around the clock, the music is bombing. Yes, I understand, it's their job. It is for this reason that we moved from one guest house to another. And so, the guys did well- good music always lifted the mood !

We really liked it here, the room is clean, cozy, there is a balcony where to dry clothes, beautiful mountain views, you can sit outside there are tables with chairs, near the beach, high. And not far from the beach there are cafes, you can go to discos until the morning. I liked it more at the Malibu cafe.

After reading the reviews, I expected the best from the hotel. The room is small, but that's okay. The bed linen is washed, but with lipstick stains. There are no disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. Since it's a hotel, then be kind enough to provide. The room is small. There is a TV, but none of the channels are showing. It's good to have Wi-Fi. The hotel is located close to the shore, it is very good. But the music from night bars gets in the way until 4-5 in the morning. There is no transport to the hotel. I had to walk from the highway with my suitcases. The magnetic key to the front door of the hotel did not work.
In general, there are more expectations. 3+.

It's fresh in a small room, but damn, you can't imagine how noisy it is there!!!! Discos until the morning, trying to yell at each other. It seems that the bed is on the dance floor. My niece had hysterics and tears a day later, so that they would go somewhere faster. There were dozens of drunken locals on the beach by the evening, there were instances who had fallen asleep in the sand since the evening! There were too many fucking people. You haven't been to Issyk Kul for 10 years before, you can not go there for another 150!

Convenient location - 2 minutes to the beach, clean rooms, friendly staff. Of the disadvantages, they ordered through booking - it turned out to be 2 times more expensive than if they came and agreed on the spot. The holiday place itself is very crowded, there are a lot of people on the beach, water attractions interfere with swimming. Parking is charged separately - 150 soms per day. With all this, the rest was a success, because Issyk-Kul, friends, nature))
