At the moment we live here, we were greeted warmly, kind and decent hosts, everything is as agreed, each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning (which is very pleasing), clean, cozy, repair is normal. Refrigerator, kettle, microwave on the floor, there is no kitchen (it does not matter to us). The sea is really 100m away, 2 lines, a very convenient place. The hostess takes away the laundry, it remains only to hang it (thank her very much). A family of 5 people is having a rest, we rent 2 rooms, we are happy with everything, if possible we will come back to them. We recommend it.

And I'll tell you how terrible reviews come, even if you don't work. 4-5 years ago, we came to you by reservation, making an advance payment for a day, and you said, "Oh, we forgot to deposit you." Well, how did you forget - only later it became clear that a company moved in to you, which occupied 3 rooms, one of which was supposed to be ours. Of course, it was profitable for you to settle a large company, but it is not clear why at our expense. To arrive from the train and hear from the owners of the hotel "oh" is a so-so start of the vacation. Therefore, do not be surprised by the terrible reviews - they are true and in case you resume work, they will be very useful.

There were five nights. Very bad. We have never seen such a small-car number. They didn't clean at all. We gladly moved from this room to the Leon Hotel, we were incredibly happy with the new conditions. Feel the difference, as they say.

We spent an excellent 4 days in New Athos, thanks to the Palm Tree, the most flattering reviews and the warmest memories remained. Eduard and Zara are excellent and hospitable hosts (just great)! The rooms were provided even better than booked. The kitchen, where the window is always open, the water murmurs, a pleasant shadow from the vine descending from the roof... In general, if to New Athos, then definitely to Palm and only here!

Very bad. I ordered a room through the booking website and paid for 2 weeks, however, a woman who introduced herself as the hostess called me back and informed me that there was no selected room, there was another "gadyushnik" but I would not be able to live in it for the entire period ordered, I would have to move from room to room during the entire vacation period as I was busy and rooms were vacated. In short , they offered to stay homeless . A "good" attitude towards the guests. The "Caucasian hospitality" is immediately felt. shame.

The hosts, very hospitable people, were pleasantly welcomed and pleasantly escorted off. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and cleaned every three days.Minus there is no TV in the room. Wifi is a freebie.
